Stupendous people to work with. My pool was in dire need of repair. I am so glad I chose Omni Pool. The folks at Omni Pool Builders exceeded all of my expectations. Staff and work crews were kind, courteous, professional, and most of all, were rapid in addressing my questions and concerns. As a retiree, time and dollars are a big concern for me. To my surprise, the replastering project for my pool and new filtering system was completed in record time and was very well within the estimate given. Special thanks to Jim and Meghan for following through on getting this project completed so fast. I highly recommend Omni Pool Builders for anyone needing pool services in Tucson, AZ.

Eveeything went as they said and while there were a few small glitches, rhey stepoed up and took care of them right away. If we had to build a new pool again, they certainly would be our first choice!

OmniPools and the crew that I worked with, Tom, Scott, Allysa, Justin, John, Megan, and Francisco (and crew) were great to work with, and they were effective and efficient with our time (and theirs). They turned an unusable backyard into a fantastic pool oasis, and they got it all done ahead of the planned schedule. We highly recommend this builder, and

The pool project was daunting to say the least, but Matt, Jonathan, Allysa, and the crew made it go so smoothly it was amazing. And it was completed ahead of schedule (from what we were thinking it would take). We love our pool and are looking forward to enjoying it with family and friends!

We just had our old ugly pool & cool deck & yard redone by Omni pools, it was the best choice ever, Ventura, Megan, John & Justin were absolutely wonderful to work with, the whole crew did a phenomenal job! Everyone was so helpful & went above & beyond to make this huge construction project a pleasure, we are extremely pleased with the final result, it's absolutely beautiful! Omni Pool Builders and Design are a fabulous company, group of people and builders. I LOVE my new pool! Omni Pools keeps the homeowner is the loop, informed and responds to any questions or concerns quickly. I knew what was happening every step of the way and was provided access to an online portal for information and scheduling.specific to my job. My whole team from Darren and Aaron my designers, Scott my general construction manager, Allysa my site coordinator and Megan who helped to wrap up the finishing items were very professional.

Working with all of their experienced and skilled craftsman and contractors was worry free. My salt water pool only took 6 1/2 weeks from layout to pool fill-amazing, and it looks fabulous! A big bonus for my new pool is that they include in your contract 12 weeks of pool service to get your new investment off to the best start. This is the second time that I have used Omni Pools on two different projects and their work and integrity continues to be top-notch. I am happy to recommend them without any hesitation.

I wanted to change my rating from a 1 to a 5. Although, it was a very poor and rough start. A long call from manager and a change in designers. I decided to keep them on the list. They have worked overtime and have bent backwards to please me in so many ways. We are almost at the finish line, and they are still my favorite by a long shot. They make it really hard to not like them in all areas once we got started.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Omni Pools, and I must say the experience was exceptional. From start to finish, Steven, Allysa, Johnathan, Justin, and Meghan showcased outstanding communication skills. The flawless design and execution of the pool exceeded my expectations. Not only am I thrilled with the results, but I've also received numerous compliments from family, friends, and neighbors. Kudos to the team for a job well done!

We have zero regrets choosing Omni Pool Builders and Design for our residential pool & spa installation. Part of the reason we chose Omni was how they presented every detail and assisted in all the design choices while giving us plenty of options. Having never built a pool before, we really appreciated how seamless they made it even with all the decisions that needed to be made up front. Our project included knocking down (and rebuilding matching the old brick perfectly) a portion of brick wall to accomodate the dig and our desired equipment location, decking, and matching new brick wall around pool equipment to be in compliance with HOA rules.

Their subs are super reliable, respectful, clean, masons are A-MAZING. I can't say enough good things about all of them. They use a communication website which allowed us to see the details of every phase of construction but our sales person, project manager, and other office staff were also responsive to questions. No surprises, no hidden costs. The only thing that got a bit delayed was high demand decking materials availability which was out of their control. No matter, construction began on 3/10 and we were swimming on 5/25!

Omni Pool Builders did a fantastic job remodeling our pool. Jim Dahnke provided fantastic customer service every step of the way. From coordinating the schedule to suit our needs, guiding us in choosing the right finishes for us and making sure the job was done to our complete satisfaction. Jim was great. From the office team to the onsite work crew, everyone earned their money and gave us a great finished product. Thanks Jim and Omni!

By FAR one of the Coolest businesses I've had the pleasure of working with. They've won Best Business in Tucson for 3 years running FOR A REASON. Friendly, efficient and innovative. If you are trying to decide who to go with for your pool building needs, look no further. You rock Omni!

Omni Pool Builder & Design did an amazing job on renovating our pool. We had them replaster our pool, put in new tile and redo the deck. They just finished last month ahead of schedule. Jim Dahnke was the project manager and was wonderful from the very first call. Jim and all the workers that came out were very professional and friendly. Jim visited after every workday to insure it was done correctly.

We also were advised ahead of time when someone would be coming out. When an issue did come up, Jim was quick to let us know and what our options were. Our pool looks so amazing and giving Jim and Omni Pool Builders 5 stars.

I used Omni for swimming pool and spa and they did an amazing job. Can't recommend enough. They were by far the most supportive during the design process and had the best timeline for completion among all the pool company's I reached out too. Ventura was an amazing project manager and very responsive whenever I had a question or worry. Highly recommend!

After our terrific experience working with Omni we feel they deserve 10 stars! Everyone within the company with whom we worked was friendly, warm, articulate, and very professional. From Roy Lewallen, who talked us through the whole process, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed our beautiful pool, to Scott Culver, the site supervisor, who oversaw every detail of the construction process, to Justin, who got the pool equipment up and running and so thoroughly walked us through everything we need to know about owning and operating a pool.

There were no corners cut. The quality of the equipment they use, and the talent of the subcontractors is top notch. The whole process from start to finish was done well under the time frame Omni presented, and we couldn't have been more excited to see our project done in mere weeks, rather than months. I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing team to anyone interested in building a pool.

Omni Pool Builders helped us with a pool and spa chip out and resurfacing and other improvements. We couldn't be more delighted with the results. Not only was the work excellent, they were extremely flexible in working around our schedule. In particular, I was very impressed with their responsiveness. Any time I reached out, they were always immediately available and responsive. Their customer service and attention is top-notch. We highly recommend their services.

Omni Pools crew constructed a high quality pool and spa. Aaron Baker, one of the co-owners was very responsive and knowledgeable in the design and construction of the pool and spa. The end product of the lap pool and spa are outstanding. The various workers/crew who did the supervising, digging, rebar installation, piping and pumps were all excellent and hard working. There were some minor communication issues but these were readily resolved. I highly recommend Omni Pools

I would like to take moment to thank Aaron Baker and his crew at Omni Pools! We have been having trouble with our pool for approximately 7 years. The issue was leaking water at the negative edge portion of the pool. We would have to try different repair techniques on a yearly basis. All were band-aid solutions such as silicon, epoxy, cement, etc. For the past several years we had been trying to get someone contracted to repair the pool correctly.

Several contractors came by, gave us the feeling they could fix it, but we never heard from them again. Then we were having some service performed by Ambiance Pool Service and Supply (another company we would highly recommend). I asked Mike the owner of Ambiance to please find someone that would perform the repair correctly. He sent over Omni Pools. They immediately developed a solution. They started work within two weeks and completed in the time specified.

All their team members acted and responded in a professional manner during the entire process. The quality of the work performed by their trade's personnel was excellent! A few were veterans which is always a plus. I highly recommend Omni Pools for all your needs!
