Brent was great! He was able to pick up the cracks that I didn't notice but then again I didn't;t expect to see cracks in plaster that was less than 2 years old. Brent was very thorough. Highly recommend him if you have a pool that needs to be inspected.

Best decision I ever made. Brent was fantastic, he completed an extensive and thorough inspection of the pool and pool equipment at a home I was purchasing. He spent more time then a general inspector spends on the whole house. He utilizes equipment to measure for leaks, he gets into the pool and does an physical and sight inspection on all the surfaces of the pool. He provided a thorough written report with photos and video's of his inspection.

What I really appreciated is that he explained what he found to me in person and in the report, including what it would it take to repair, as well as what to expect to pay. Brent also provided guidance on how to avoid being ripped-off or taken advantage by dishonest pool repair individuals. I would never guy a home with a pool without having Brent look at the pool first.

Gave Brent a call. He returned my call quickly and although he is very busy at the moment (understandably), he offered to walk me through my current issue over the phone. Because its a leak that needs to be addressed sooner vs later, he advised me on who would be qualified to do the job and what all is needed to get the job done correctly. His expert advise provided some insight so that I wont get blindsided or misguided by any other professional. I can see now why he has a loyal client base and is booked out for several weeks.

I'm leaving a review simply based on their upfront customer service. I haven't actually used them yet. Many companies are so busy that they don't respond. However Brent replied back quickly, gave some honest thoughts and told me he was backed up. He even gave me a referral to a competitor in case I needed help sooner. Lastly his philosophy appears to be to fix the problem without spends tons of money if not necessary. Too many businesses don't respond, don't care or try to gouge people. Based on his quick and thoughtful response, I am likely to hire them at some point.

Absolutely appreciate Brant's help with my pool leak questions! I was unsure about some dark spots on the outside cement of my pool. Brant was able to provide advice based on his extensive experience with many pools. I gained confidence that it was common to have dark spots with a pool that is not leaking. Brent was very responsive in texts and over the phone. Unlike other pool service techs, he really listened to me, talked through the different issues, and was thoughtful on how to rule out other possibilities. He provided a brief consultation and walked me through several troubleshooting steps. With his help, we determined an easy solution. Because of Brent, I spent far less money to fix the issue than I had expected. He really went above and beyond!

Brent created videos with our inspection which explained all the important aspects of the pool. Due to uncontrollable circumstances we had to reschedule our inspections multiple times, Brent was kind about rescheduling. Excellent and professional service. We needed a pool report in a hurry and Brent was able to get the detailed inspection done very quickly. His report was thorough and included photos and short videos explaining everything he inspected. I had a very good experience for repairing my pool leak. Brent is friendly, professional, always reachable for questions before and after service. I noticed that the initial quote was higher than other companies, but for the time and efforts he made to do a complete inspection and repair was well worth it. My pool had an air leak that was sucking in a lot of air on the inlet side of the system. Brent was able to diagnose my problem within 15 minutes, and provided me with a solution that resolved my issue. First rate customer service and support. After spending $2,500 chasing the leak(s) and them wanting another $1,500+ to rip out our decking, we decided to try a different company. We contacted Brent at A+ Pool Leak Detectives and we are glad we did. Brent was able to quickly determine our problem was not with the plumbing, but with numerous small cracks and holes in the mortar of the spa spillover.

He patched the problem areas and the pool has been holding water.

Brent was very professional and responsive. He even followed up to make sure everything was still good. I would not have any issues recommending Brent to anyone in need of his services.

If I could give 10 starts, I would. Brent has been responsive, informative, professional and a problem solver! He's fixed a leak two times at our residence. First, he used high tech equipment to detect the exact location of the leak and repair it. Fast forward a year, house is under construction and the subs messed up the pump. Brent to the rescue again! No hesitation to recommend him and we will use him anytime our pool has air bubbles or an undetectable leak.

Brent diagnosed my hard to find leak over a period of two days. The first time he came the leak went away. He had me fill the pool, came back the next morning, and was able to find a 18 gallon per hour leak. Brent is very professional and you tell he knows what he is doing. I used to work in the auto industry and there is a difference between a mechanic and a technician. Brent reminds me of a technician.

He has high tech equipment that you can tell cost a lot, but that is what you need to correctly diagnose problems in any industry. He will be who I call from now on. Hopefully I won't have any more leaks.

Brent with A+ is the way to go for leak detection and repair. The sophisticated equipment he used quickly generalized the leak in my spa area. Shortly thereafter he found the leak in one of the return jets and showed it to me. Quick epoxy fix and I'm done. No more leak. No way could I have ever found and/or repaired this myself. I was having to add 2-3 inches to my pool weekly (I'm not giving out my address so the City of Austin water Nazi's don't come after me) which was causing my water bill to rise significantly, not to mention increased cost of the chemicals necessary for all the fresh water I was dumping in my pool.

Brent's serious about what he does.

He takes great pride in his work and wants you to understand each of the steps he's taking to solve your problem. Communication is way above the norm. He will stay on the job until you are completely satisfied.

Cannot recommend this business more highly. It's refreshing to find a caring owner who does what he says he'll do and does it with a pleasant demeanor.
