Custom pools gave me a fair and competitive price on the pool construction of my new pool. Dago recommended only the best pool materials which i appreciated since I wouldn't want a pool contractor to use cheap materials that doesnt have a good warranty. Stephanie provided a fast pool estimate and made sure to ask all the right questions on everything I needed. I will use Custom Pools Miami again. Thanks Dago

AMAZING! Great results from start to finish! The project manager Hugo was terrific to work with and walked us through the process. Once his crew arrived, they worked diligently through all the issues that arose and consulted us every step of the way. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Again, we are so thankful to Custom Pools Miami Pool Builders and will forever recommend these Pool Contractors to others!

It was our first experience building a pool and first time working with the pool company Custom Pools Miami. They recently redid our friends pool so we thought we give them a shot. From the very beginning Dago showed a lot of patience with all our questions and explained all the details that we needed to take into consideration. We had no clue on what materials, tiles or plaster finishes would look good but when he presented us with the design at the showroom, we knew we were in good hands. Most importantly, the finished pool looked just like what they promised! Best pool builders in Miami!

Very good company to work with. Awesome people and they do the best at building pools. The process was better than what I thought. Other pool contractors around my neighborhood took a real long time to build pools, my pool was built in 6 weeks.

Super impressed with the entire Custom Pools Miami Pool Builders team. Our backyard was literally a pile of dirt before they started the project and now it's our very own private resort. Our backyard is beautiful and the workmanship exceeded our expectations, we especially love the waterfall! Thank you, Dago and his team : A special shoutout to Jairo, Rich, and Hugo! Thanks

Ive lived all my life in Miami Florida and I have heard and seen many horror stories on pool contractors. I saw a sign from Custom pools Miami right down the street from my home and I saw everyday how early the crews got there. I called the office and immediately the customer service girl Amanda took my call and set up my appointment. The salesperson Hugo helped me design the pool and gave me the budget.

I signed and with Custom Pools and they started the permit process right away. I met with Dago and he came over for our predig meeting and detailed the schedule and the complete pool construction process. My pool was completed in 6 weeks, Custom Pools Miami is amazing and I can definitely say they are the best pool contractors in Miami.

Thanks to Dago from Custom Pools Miami I was ale to get my pool. He was the only pool contractor in Miami that would do a public hearing to build my pool. I asked over 10 pool contractors and none would do what he did. It took like 8 moths to get it but I was so happy when it was approved. Right after that he built my pool in 8 weeks which was a sigh of relief. Thank you for everything you made my dream come true.!

Custom Pools Miami Pool Builders exceeded our expectations. We were utterly thrilled with the whole experience. We've worked with many pool contractors, and we can honestly say they are the best of the best Pool Builders in Miami. And the end result is magnificent. Our friends and family are in awe of this incredible Oasis in our backyard. Jairo, Rich, and each member of the various teams were a pleasure to work with.

Their customer service was excellent! They were collaborative, supportive, and had great attention to detail. The whole experience from start to finish was pretty amazing. Wishing the Custom Pools Miami Pool Builders team continued success in all future! Thanks

My friends highly recommended Miami Pool Contractors, and I must say they were right. We wanted a pool builder who specialized in the vinyl pool that criteria exceptionally well. His wealth of knowledge, experience, and generosity reassured us that we were getting the best people for the job, and the finished product attests to that. Our backyard has been truly transformed. Miami Pool Contractors delivered the vision we had for our backyard at the best price. Recommend who will need to build a pool! Cheers guys! I would definitely keep them in mind and recommend them to others.

We are thrilled with the pool that Miami Pool Contractors did for us. We were even more impressed with the customer service. We probably drove him crazy with the endless phone calls inquiring about everything and anything to do with our new pool, which he was very patient and helpful with. His knowledge in the pool industry is far greater than most pool companies. His prices are on the higher end, but you get what you pay for in the long run.

We recommend them all the time. Thank you, Jairo, Rich, Hugo, and Miami Pool Contractors. I hope I get a chance to refer them to people I know. So if you're reading this review looking for the right Pool Contractors in Miami, look no further. Call Miami Pool Contractors.

Perfect experience with these guys. These guys are true professionals. Punctual and quick. No hidden costs. Top-notch quality of work. We have recommended them to many of our clients in Miami. Thank you, Miami Pool Contractors!

I got a beautiful pool designed by Bob in custom pools. My family and I have really enjoyed specially during Covid-19, when you couldn't get out of the house. Everyone that sees my pool wants to know who made it because they like how it looks so much. I am grateful to custom pools for giving our family the pool of our dreams.

Called these people to get a quote for my house in Parkland. Didnt want to come out and claimed they dont operate in Broward. Little do you know, they are building our community's swimming pool in PARKLAND. They are only interested in robbing your HOA/builder, not servicing you.

From the beginning with the planning and design stages, and through the construction, and final finishing stage Custom Pool did an outstanding job. Professional, respectful of my personal vision of the project, as well as responsiveness to each stage everyone involved was great. During a complicated and trying year for so many people and companies, Custom Pool provided an exceptional experience completing everything in record time - including contacting all the required local municipal inspection personnel. I am very pleased with the entire project and would highly recommend them.

I got my pool completed by Custom Pools a few years ago. The reason for the late review is because for years since our pool has been completed, we've been dealing with an issue that is difficult to resolve. They constructed a pool and on one side of the pool there is no tile aside from the pool coping. To help you visualize this, I have pavers on 3 sides of my pool, but on the furthest, long side of my pool, its all dirt and sharp rocks.

My kids have fallen due to this. When it rains, the mud runs into the pool. Did they run out of bricks? No; we have tons of leftover from the install that they just never added. When I called them about this, they sent me to an outside person to deal with it but he was charging an extreme amount of money for a small area (approx. $5k for 100 sq. ft. of pavers we already have). No one wants to fix it because the job is too small for them. However, I truly feel this is Custom Pools mistake. How can they construct a pool with nothing next to the coping? No one can walk there without falling. Since they are the experts, they should have never allowed this to even occur.

Custom Pools is the pool construction company I trusted with the custom design of my pool. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was determined to find a company that was a good fit for me. Based on my experience with Custom Pools from our initial conversation, I was thrilled to use them for the build of my pool. The project was fulfilled according to the schedule they laid out from the beginning. Communication was effective and project deadlines were met. I'm very satisfied with Custom Pools ability to manage this project. Thank you again for all your help.

I had Custom Pools carve out a beautiful pool that my wife and kids are absolutely proud of. Im pretty fond of it myself. The pool construction crew worked tirelessly to pull off the exact design we were interested in. They didnt come up short. I recommend Custom Pools because they will work hard on your custom pool construction project until youre satisfied and you really cant ask for better customer satisfaction than that. I will most likely be using them again in the future for another of my properties.

I had my pool built by custom pools for my vacation home in Miami. The communication between the project manager and myself from start to finish was reassuring that the company understood the entire process. Some companies only care about the customer service until the sale is made, and then they only focus on managing the project itself. Custom Pools did not make that mistake. Not only did they do an exceptional job planning out the pool design, but they made sure to communicate with me regularly regarding small details that pertained to the pool.

Like saltwater set up, how long each phase would take, ETA for the final design to be made, and transparency during the process. The pool turned out beautifully and everything I wanted to know before the build was completed, I now know. If I have any further questions, I will be able to contact the owner since he was gracious enough to give me his personal number. Wonderful experience overall!

What Can I say about this pool company... Simply the best... I doubt you will ever meet a owner like Dago that goes up and beyond in promising, delivering and catering to your needs... Pool took 7 weeks from start to completion and whenever there was any issues like a faulty led light or vacuum not working properly he was there to take care of it the very next day... Custom pools also specializes in variances which allows you to get closer to the fence and maximize pool size... This is one of the few left over gems of a company... With custom pools your in great hands... Customer service, quality and pricing this is the place to go...

I'm more than satisfied with this company from the beginning of the construction till the end, the one feeling I kept going through during the entire process was, "piece of mind", I'm the type of of person that is always on top of things at work at home on projects, however this company really gave me that a " piece of mind". They took care everything from permits, licenses, questions, coaching on how to maintain etc.

And constructions can be somehow unpredictable, because it takes third party teams, such as subcontractors or city approvals etc, no matter what challenges the project faced, Custom Pool handled it and took care of it. I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism, service delivered and quality of work. From the girls in the office Maria and Stephanie were always there to answer my questions, Rich came so many times to my house just to show me or answer a concern I have in how to operate it, and finally Dago the owner who always demostrated my satisfaction was his goal. I'm extremely happy I picked them to make my backyard the best backyard I could ever imagine to have.

This company don't return calls and when you set up an appointment they don't show up, they must not be the original owner cause I've heard excellent reviews about the old man for sure he's not around anymore he wouldn't let this happen to his company.

Over the years I heard from many people that Custom Pools was the best in town. So when my wife and I decided to build a pool we went directly to Custom Pools, and we are glad we did. Irv, John, Marilyn and Bob were great. They worked efficiently and wasted no time. Every day when we got home from work something New was done. I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done. They broke ground on Nov 12 and passed final inspection on Feb 2....

And they were on vacation for three weeks in December. I also spoke with all of their subcontractors to get an idea of how they run their business. Every last one of them had nothing but good things to say about Custom Pools. It has now been almost a year since they finished our pool and we have had no issues.

Ok, so my pool was in major disaster mode and needed a major overhaul years ago. So I finally got down to business and did my research and (hopefully!) got the best bang for my buck. John, the owner, is a very cool fella and was very cool with my haggling and agreed to do the job at MY price, which was very competitive (if you know what I mean-- and I'm sure you don't, but no matter, it was a GOOD price).

I think they did a good job; this is one of those jobs that is hard to determine because it takes a long time --years, actually to know if the job was done right. However from a superficial perspective (keeping in mind that the state my pool was in to begin with, was horrendous!), it looks pretty good. We had some reservations about the time frame, but John was true to his word and finished on schedule.

Pool is now getting its water back so I won't know how pretty it will look for a couple days. Thank you John, custom pools, for giving me back a pool I can swim and walk in that doesn't make my feet bleed! And thank you Angel and Angel for doing the work!

Custom Pools was extremely professional and accommodating throughout the entire poolmdesign process. My entire family was super excited to have our dream pool built and Custom Pools did an excellent job helping us keep that same level of excitement from beginning to end by providing us updates and keeping our spirits high. The final design is beautiful and definitely worthy of what we paid for it. I have already recommend Custom Pools to other friends and family members that have mentioned interest in getting a pool built.
