We hired Arista after interviewing several pool builders. Quality of work and communication has been amazing. Teri from the office is a pleasure, she has walked me through and answered alot of questions. Mike and Mike the owners came out and did the layout and figured out grading before the dig started. Very thorough. Soo glad we chose Arista! Will post finished pictures soon! Update we had our Pool school with DeShun, he really broke it down and explained everything we need to know about the pool chemicals and equipment. DeShun made it very easy to understand how to balance chemicals and operate equipment! Thanks DeShun!

I had a fabulous experience with Mike and the team at Arista in building my first pool in Eagleville! So when I built a new home in Royersford, I immediately got on their schedule to build me another one! This time around they have even more (better) options and have included many of the extras (ie. Cover, water, salt, etc).

Great experience. The optimism we began with has come to be reality, and wed definitely use Arista again. And now that Im responsible for the pool, Im feeling both well equipped and supported

I can't recommend Arista enough! After a previous company completely messed up our pool build and stole money from us, we were left feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. Fortunately, Arista stepped in and took over the job with professionalism and expertise. They quickly assessed the issues, communicated clearly throughout the process, and delivered outstanding results. Our pool looks better than we could have imagined. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience! Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness This company is not trustworthy nor do they communicate properly. They promise one thing and do not deliver. Mike is unprofessional. Do not give them your money. Service: Custom Swimming pool design

Been using "Arista Pool & Spa Inc" for my ground pool. Every experience I've had with anyone on the staff has been professional and thorough. I highly recommend. Services: Swimming pool equipment repair, Swimming pool resurfacing, Swimming pool equipment maintenance

Built my pool with Artista. Seamless, on time, excellent custom design, and a Beautiful build! LOVE my Artista pool. would build another pool with them in a heartbeat! Highly recommended!

I want to start by saying we did not get a pool with Arista. We went with an above ground pool due to cost. I wanted to leave a review on my experiance with Nick and Arista though. From the very first phone call to me emailing Nick to let him know our decision it was nothing but an excellent experiance. Nick answered ALL of our question with great detail and knowledge. This is an exceptional company and Nick was wonderful. You will be treated very well if you go with Arista. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a pool put in.

From the very first meeting until the final day of pool construction - my husband and I couldn't have been happier, with not only the general construction of our pool, but the knowledge of everyone involved. We were walked through each step and never had any concerns throughout the process. The communication that Arista provides throughout the entire process, surpasses ANY contractor or business we have worked with in the past.

They always did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it and for us that's HUGE. We have recommended Arista to several people and will continue to because we truly believe they're the best in the business! Huge thanks to Mike and Lowell for taking care of us through this process!

We had an extremely positive experience working with Arista from beginning to the end. Everyone, from management to office staff to project managers and workers are professional, friendly, informative and helpful. In this type of process, you don't know what you don't know. Our project managers helped us to anticipate design and usabililty ideas that we had not thought of. With their guidance we have the backyard oasis that we have always wanted.

Our entire project which involved: ripping down and disposing of a HUGE deck, extracting trees and bushes (and keeping some of them healthy enough to replant), pool placement and installation, stamped concrete decking, area for pool house, and firepit and sitting area, was all done in just under 8 weeks. It was unbelievable to watch the daily progress. I wholeheartedly recommend Arista for your dream pool.

Mike and his crew made our saltwater pool in 2015. Best customer service you will ever get! They did our pool while we were in Hawaii for my brother passing. Tough time for our family. We never had to worry about our home or pool construction. Pool was expensive but you get what you pay for. I recommend them highly! You will be happy with the results. I only use them to get work done or get ahold of warranting department.

We have the latest pool slide that is the hit of the Party. We will be building another pool in the second home on the property. We will wait patiently while they are ver busy. Like I said what we spent. worth every!

Arista installed my pool in the spring / summer of 2013. The construction of the pool was amazing! The use of more caging and thicker walls will ensure less maintenance in the future. We love our pool. The owners /sales were upfront about all extra costs; which we of course had. It cost extra to dig deeper for a diving board-we were told about that. We were also told that we might have to pay extra to put gravel down if it was a rainy season and the ground was too wet. The reason for the 4 stars is they were slow to get back to you, but once I had the owner's cell phone number it was better. I think there could of been a better guarantee on the seeding.

What a pleasure to work with this company! They build a quality product and give so much attention to design and detail. I was so impressed with how they took our vision and created a dream pool just for us! Along the way all our questions and concerns were addressed and we could not be happier with the finished product. Thanks Mike and Mike for all the personal attention, and a shout-out to Lowell and Paul as well, I will highly recommend you to anyone interested in building a pool!

We can't say enough about our overall experience with Arista Spa and Pools. From the initial meeting through to the fill day everything exceeded our expectations. I did a lot of research up front, interviewed three companies and heard all the horror stories about empty promises. Arista actually delivered our pool in time despite a month break due to the Covid stoppage. Under promise, over deliver.

That's Arista in a nutshell. Mike, Mike, Paul and Lowell were on site every day and Teri was amazing from a business/process perspective. The entire crew worked relentlessly to get the job done, but never sacrificing true craftsmanship. Arista takes this personally, as if it's their home and that came out start to finish. Thanks Arista for transforming our backyard to the amazing family oasis we wanted!

12 YEARS NOW and this pool is still going strong. We get many compliments on the extreme beauty of this backyard paradise! The quality is unmatched. I Highly recommend

I cannot rave enough! Impeccable in every aspect. Extremely professional, kept us up to date with exactly what was happening. Exceeded our expectations!

We are repeat customers! Arista installed our first gunite pool, which we loved for over a decade and then we moved. We called Arista again and they just completed our new vinyl liner pool! Mike had his hands full with us since we were very particular about equipment and location and details. Mike is responsive and flexible. The entire crew was polite and considerate. The installation was very fast and answered all of our questions and had no problems making any requested adjustments. Looking forward to many years in the new pool!

Arista built our pool in Glen Mills Pa four years ago and they were the best and I would not trust any others. Mike to this date touches base with us to see if we are happy. Nick is down and dirty and hands on with his people. DO NOT TRUST YOUR SAVINGS AND INVESTMENTS with any other company. We will give them a reference anytime.

If you are looking for a custom built pool from the ground up Arista is the place to go. Their team from day one was consultative and helped us design our dream pool. My wife and I are thrilled with the finished result and could not more highly recommend this company.

"What a team! This has got to be the best, most professional, reliable, friendly company I have ever dealt with. I want to express my sincere thanks for the excellent job your employees did building our Arista Pool. It's very comforting for us to know that there are still companies out there that know what customer service and satisfaction are.'m impressed! I've been in the contracting business for 20 years and I don't think I have ever seen a more professional operation than ARISTA. From start to finish. " JF, Longwood, Pa

Buyer beware.they don't call you back. They'll try to charge you exhorbitant fees and they're very sneaky. The pool sales guy even hired his buddies to do some landscaping for us and he cut out the owner who owns a landscaping company affiliated with the pool company. This was all around shady.his buddies never even finished the job and there were a lot of broken promises. DO NOT trust this pool builder.

We absolutely love the end product and are enjoying it .We are so pleased with our fabulous pool. Everyone who comes admires it and we advertise and recommend you highly. The quality of your work is apparent. Your concern to make everything just right is appreciated. After months of research and investigating, my husband and I selected Arista Swimming Pools as our pool company. Thanks again for your wonderful workmanship and professional relationship. Beach entry is great.

We were looking for someone who could provide a full solution from deck, pool , landscaping,We made the right choice of Pool Companies, Arista. Your great reputation made us feel very confident in the quality of your work. Our yard is complex because it is sloped and split into two elevations. Thanks for the professionalism and attention we received. We would recommend you to our friends and we have already attained one customer for you on our same street. Thank You

We had a great experience with Arista. They completed the pool very quickly, explained each part of the process thoroughly, and only collected money for each part that was completed or about to be completed. I had both owners cell phone numbers and texted or called them frequently with questions. They were very responsive and handled our indecisiveness very well. The crews were polite and respectful.

And at the end they gave a book with all of our warranties already filled out and all the manuals explaining each and every part of the pool maintenance process. A number of our neighbors had terrible experiences with other companies. We felt very fortunate that we choose Arista.
