Mike and Yotti closed our pool last week. We just came back to CnD post covid stopping openings and closings. Found out they were doing them again and we are sooooo happy to be back in great hands! Cant say enough about how awesome Mike and Yotti are!! On closing day found out the previous company bagged up a ripped cover and didnt tell us. Mike helped me pick out a new liner that would last longer and came back this morning to put it on. Did a great job!
So grateful that there are still good, hard working, kind people out there willing to go above and beyond. Easy to communicate via text and feel like we are dealing with friends who care instead of just being a name on the books! The girls answering the appointment texts are awesome too! Fantastic company to work with. Thanks CnD!! Have a safe and happy winter! See you in the Spring!

They came to install a pool. Installed a skimmer that had a hole in it and will not come back to install the new one without charging a $125 fee. They should have checked to make sure the part was ok before it was installed. They didn't complete the job and didn't provide the parts the said they would. Left trash all over the place and their workers showed up 1.5 hours late and smelled of beer and marijuana.
The owners will not claim their mistakes and don't care about anything I say. Whatever I say I'm wrong. So they clearly don't value their customers or their happiness. Be careful about hiring this company. They will treat you well before the install but not afterwards. If you have an issue it will take you many days to contact them and get them to answer your issue then tell you no. Not our problem. Shame on you c&d installers cnd installers

C&D did a great job helping us level our backyard for our pool after we had a lot of failure doing it on our own. They were able to fit us in next day and I was amazed at how efficient they were working in our rather tight backyard. I highly recommend C&D. We will definitely be contacting them next year for our permanent pool install

Kristee in the office is knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. The excavator was so pleasant and polite as was his helper. The day of install I was a little freaked out because Murphys Law was taking over my week but in the end the guys did a nice job straightening up the placement, building, cleaning up, etc. I love the yes maams that I got - very polite, respectful gentleman. They never looked like they were rushing and I felt like that truly cared about the job they were doing.

C and D was recommend as one of two installer from the company we purchased our pool from. Within the documentation we were given it stated there would be an extra cost for leveling and they would not remove dirt. So we knew the costs going in. The day of the install was hot and we had a lot of rain over the week before. The crew worked extremely hard and were friendly and good natured the entire 13 hours they worked. We are extremely happy with the results.

I just want to say we had our pool installed and we were happy with Jeremy and his crew. We then had a tree branch fall and damaged the pool not even a month after install. They came out and fixed it. Would recommend this company to anyone that is getting an above ground pool. Great company and employees.
