Been using Poolmax for open/close and maintenance for 6 straight seasons now. Theyre so knowledgeable and dependable. And every time they open the pool, they get the chemicals just right on the first pass- Ive never had to tweak things later or call them for help. They know their stuff. Theyve also helped correct problems weve had from the original builder including installing a variable speed pump thats saved us a ton on energy costs and maintenance after the junk pump the builder installed failed after only a couple seasons. I wont let anyone else touch our pool. Really appreciate the Poolmax team for the ongoing support and guidance over the years for helping us maximize the lifespan and health of our pool!

I have been using Poolmax for 5 years and they are awesome! They are reliable, always on time for an appointment, excellent pricing (cheapest I found) friendly, knowledgeable and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your satisfied. You will NOT find a better Pool company and if you know someone who is looking to get a pool, they should call them. They just completely redid my neighbors pool and it is BEAUTIFUL! I highly recommend them! My pool has looked like this since the day they opened it this year!

This company is Terrible. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Contact them at your own risk and don't say I didn't warn you if you do. There is one person who answers the phone, the few times it's not sent to voicemail during their working hours (Rachel or something I think). Very unprofessional, absolutely no follow through, waste of time. And I'm saying this after literally MONTHS of communication. I wouldn't be surprised if they get a sudden stream of "good" 5 star reviews.

It's time for closing so I remembered this company. Just terrible. Worst communication I've ever experienced. Sometimes I'd get no reply during business hours so I'd leave a message, but nothing. Other times I'd be told to expect a call back, but nothing. Idk why there are suddenly better reviews. I'd be wary of those if I were you. Do yourself a favor and learn from my experience I absolutely do not have Pool Max mixed with another company. The service (or lack thereof) is terrible and I have no interest in ever working with them.

My pool always had a green hue instead of blue. Not algae green just a green color. I thought it was from bottom and reflections off water since I live on the water. I thought it was completely normal because it always tested normal. I had to hire new pool company and stumbled across PoolMax. They came in and discussed with me that my pump and filter system was too small for my pool. They didn't pressure me into buying anything new.
After a year I decided to go with new system they recommend. I wish I would have done it years before! My pool is beautiful and way less chemicals or vacuuming is needed. My pool is older and am going to use PoolMax to do a much needed upgrade next year! Thank you PoolMax

Very poor customer services. Did not show up for appointment and did not call to rescheduled. Tried to leave messages twice voicemail box was full. Finally left 2 messages without any call back. Tech showed up 3 weeks later to do the job and left without letting me know if he even did the job.

Can't really review the quality of work they do because they failed to deliver on even providing an estimate. Had an appointment scheduled which they tried to reschedule an hour before, I said no so they came an hour later than requested. They seemed very unprepared, they had no brochures other than showing me pictures from their website on a scratched up I-pad. They seemed to want to do the job and said they would have an estimate in 2 days time. 2 days passed so that evening I messaged them, they did reply saying they would have it in the afternoon the next day.
The afternoon came and went but no estimate, that evening I messaged them with no response. They made it very easy to decide NOT to work with them, can't imagine the chaos and frustration I would go through when delivering on a simple estimate was too hard for them.

My pool is the best it has EVER Been. Thanks to PoolMax, my pool have never looked better. The pool techs who come and maintenance my pool are very courteous. I can call Poolmax with the slightest issue and they will be there to fix the problem ASAP. From opening and closing my pool, to replacing the pump, to adding a timer.. they do it all.
