Services
Pool Installation
We specialize in custom gunite pool construction tailored to your property's unique characteristics. Our design process begins with a comprehensive consultation to understand your vision, budget, and space requirements. With expertise in various pool types including lagoon-style, Grecian, infinity, and sports pools, we deliver customized solutions with premium finishes like pebble textures and quartz interiors. Our installation process follows strict quality standards, from excavation and steel forming to final decking and equipment installation.
Pool Renovation
Our comprehensive renovation services transform aging pools with modern upgrades and repairs. We handle complete resurfacing through marble dusting, liner replacements, tile updates, and equipment modernization including saltwater conversions. Our team also installs energy-efficient heaters, LED lighting systems, and automation controls for enhanced functionality. We specialize in structural repairs for cracks, calcium nodules, and coping damage while offering aesthetic improvements like waterfall additions and custom mosaics to extend your pool's lifespan.
Pool Maintenance
We provide scheduled maintenance programs to keep pools in optimal condition year-round. Our technicians perform weekly or bi-weekly service visits that include vacuuming, chemical balancing, filter cleaning, and equipment inspections. We maintain proper water chemistry levels, clean skimmer and pump baskets, and ensure all mechanical systems function correctly. Our comprehensive approach includes seasonal openings and closings, tile scrubbing, and emergency service calls to address urgent issues promptly.
Marble Dusting
Our marble dusting technique revitalizes pool surfaces with a thin, protective layer that enhances appearance and durability. This process addresses surface wear while creating a refreshed aesthetic with improved resistance to chemical exposure and weathering. We apply this specialized treatment to restore aging concrete pools, eliminating cracks and discoloration while maintaining structural integrity. The result is a like-new surface that extends the pool's lifespan while maintaining safety and visual appeal.
Spa Services
We offer complete spa solutions including design, installation, and maintenance of luxury hot tubs and custom spas. Our services cover initial consultation through final installation, with options for integrated pool-spa combinations or standalone units. All spa products come with lifetime warranties, and we offer customization options including lighting features, seating configurations, and energy-efficient heating systems.

I hired Nassau county pool services to do pool installation in Nassau county in my backyard located in the five towns, Hewlett. I was told by every company that I called that I would have to wait at least a year to get my pool installed. Nassau county pool services came in and got the job done start to finish in less then 3 months time my family and I will now be enjoying our beautiful pool this upcoming summer. I highly recommend this company

Just moved to the area and contacted these guys about coming over to take a look and make sure everything was running properly/show me the basics of pool care. The gentleman over the phone was very friendly and said that he would have somebody come by that Saturday. Saturday morning came and I tried calling to get a time-frame. Nobody answered, after trying multiple times all day and leaving a message nobody ever showed up and nobody ever called back. Will be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend anyone else use these guys who clearly can't handle very basic customer service.

First time reviewing, probably because so frustrated. I found this number online. They are located in the same town as me so I figured I'd keep it local. I couldn't even get past the initial phone call so one star is probably a high rating. Deborah insists "EVERYONE" has a picture of their pool when it's open. When I responded that I don't have one and the reason for calling is that I need it opened, she again insisted that I do.
I don't. Apparently this company can't problem solve around this. No alternative solution was proposed. No attempt to keep the business. Had I known taking pictures of my pool was so valuable, I would have prepared and hired a photographer the season before. Customer service and condescending banter do not mix. Especially on an initial phone call. Be prepared to have all your glamour shots of your pool before you call or Deborah won't be help you.
