All of our technicians attend CPO (Certified Pool Operator) training programs to insure customers consistently receive the best service that exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.

We are very careful when hiring technicians and hire only very qualified, professional Pool Repair Technicians. All technicians go through a background check they must pass before they are hired. Once hired, technicians will arrive at your pool wearing a Pool Pro uniform.

We stock our trucks with all of the necessary chemicals that may be needed at the time of service. This is important, it ensures that your pool receives the care that it needs to function and look its best at all times. Our technicians utilize computerized activity logs which are reviewed daily by management to make sure we are utilizing proper water management and chemical techniques. We utilize electronic chemical testing kits that include 13 different chemical reagents to allow for overall water balance testing as opposed to the 2-3 that are typically used.

Our Salt Testing Kits allow for proper balancing of your salt pool which guards against common mistakes caused by salt system control box readings. All of this data is kept in your electronic profile with the date and time it was tested.
