Bill and his team were awesome from start to finish. They were responsive, kept appointments, and were on time. Bill met me before the work was to begin to re-confirm the scope so there were no grey areas which I appreciated. They were quick and clean and finished the work in one day. There were a few items I had asked him to do after the work was done, and he completed them quickly with no issue. I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone looking for a landscaping upgrade/project!

We recently had Grandview Landscape replace our deck with a patio and replace all our old walkways with new pavers. From concept to design to implementation, it was a smooth process. Bill and his team were professional, courteous and punctual. Their attention to detail was impressive. He was very accommodating to changes we requested during the process. Without question, we highly recommend them.

Bill and his team under-promised and over-delivered. Prices were fair, communication was clear, and the schedule was followed according to plan. It's rare to find a well-priced, honest contractor. We'll be working with Grandview for future projects. Highly recommend.

I contacted Grandview Landscape Design Studio regarding drainage issues. Bill, the owner discussed my problems but was unable to assist me at this time. However, he took the time to explain what I needed and even offered to look over my plans and estimates. I took Bill up on his offer. Amazingly, he went over my plans and estimates and made some recommendations. Without a doubt, I give Bill and Grandview Landscape 5 stars.
Bill went over and beyond for me and showed me that there are still kind, honest and caring people willing to help others with no financial gain. Bill, I am looking forward to working with you in the very near future. Thank you for all your help!

We had a great experience working with Bill. There was some delay with our material due to the pandemic. He was constantly in contact with me providing updates and keeping us in the loop. As soon as the materials came in his team came to our home that the weekend to work on our front steps and was able to complete the job in a day and a half. We couldn't be happier with the finished product! I highly recommend Grandview.

Third time using Bill to do major yardwork around my house. 2014, 2016 & 2019. Done everything from retaining walls(2'x60', 3'x60', 4'x50 w/steps & a 4'x100' w/steps), over 1000 sq. ft. paver patio in rear yard with fire pit, a paver walkway with several curves to front door. In addition they adjusted grading to move water away from house, then added a variety of plants/shrubs/mulch & stone to put the finishing touch to the job.
Bill will make sure job is done to perfection and offers excellent ideas to transform your bland old yard and turn it into the place everyone wishes they had. Don't bother calling other contractors who won't show up or who will overcharge you, just call Bill at Grandview

Work went very quickly. The cut-in of the columns is so precise that it looks like they are sitting on the wall. Excellent cleanup after the job.

Bill and his crew were so excellent we ended up doing a lot more work. I can't wait for the spring, so Bill and his crew could do more work. Their ideas and service are excellent.
