We provide comprehensive pool maintenance. Our goal is to make your pool worry free and prevent any breakdowns or surprises. Our weekly, comprehensive service includes:Test and adjust chemicals to proper levels
Empty skimmer baskets, pump baskets & cleaner bags
Brush and / or Vacuum
Net / Skim the surface
Backwash filter on a regular schedule (frequency is dependent on system type)

This company was recommended by Leslie's Pool Supply in Southlake. Initial phone conversation with Kevin (owner) indicated cartridge filter would be cleaned every 6 mths or sooner, filter pot emptied and chemicals balanced each week. When we started noticing cloudiness and discoloration of pool/spa floor, I contacted him several times to inspect and determine cause.
Without inspecting it, he just said it was pollen. I asked if cartridge filter should be inspected and possibly cleaned after over a year of service, he said no. The problem became worse and I finally began checking water chemical balance each week at Leslie's Pool Supply day after his wife (who had been "maintaining" pool) supposedly added chemicals. Chemicals were always unbalanced.
I finally called Borden Pools to inspect. Filter cartridge was covered with algae and in desperate need of cleaning. We were told by several pool companies that cleaning should have occurred every 6 months minimum. Pool/ spa water was filled with algae. Cost was over $200 to repair and get water clear. I informed Kevin that I was cancelling his service and would not pay current invoice (only 2 weeks "service" provided; it was mid month) as he hadn't provided proper service.
Once my pool was fixed by Borden Pools, I requested that Kevin reimburse cost of filter clean and extra chemicals to remove algae caused by his company's negligence, but he ignored me. So, I feel it is important to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau to inform potential clients of the poor service I received and post review here.
