We have used Carolina Pool King for over a decade. They provided weekly maintenance and repairs of any and all pool equipment. They were there every week for pool cleaning and we have never had any problems with our pool system. They repaired items before they became a problem. I have been a customer of Carolina Pool King for over eight years. We installed a pool at our home in Dilworth years ago and Carolina Pool King was recommended to me for service. They provided stellar service and repairs when needed. Just a few years after installation, we had to replace the pump and the heater and they upgraded the system and carried us through the entire process. We then moved to a different area of Charlotte and installed a pool in that home as well.
Of course, we reached out to Carolina Pool King for maintenance again. I've never been disappointed with their service. They are prompt, responsive, and provide great advice and repairs when needed. I give them five stars!

I can't say enough good things about Pool King. The owners and staff are friendly AND knowledgeable. I use them exclusively for water testing and chemical advice/purchases and will continue to do so on a regular basis. Have tried to use "the other" pool stores in Charlotte (in a pinch) and wind up disappointed every single time. Service: Water treatment

I routinely take a water sample to this company and the service is ALWAYS professional and accurate. They always have the chemicals I need and suggest new pool pump setting for every season. Having an inground pool in your yard is a commitment and I trust the staff with any chemical and/or suggestions to keep is in tip top shape!

I have used Carolina Pool King for the past 7 years. As a first time home owner with a pool, they have been extremely flexible with my needs. Whenever I call on them for adhoc water treatments when we are out of town, or when I have repairs, they are always responsive and accommodate my schedule. Additionally, I find they are genuine with their suggested repairs and pricing, and are not trying to "sell" me anything. Technicians that have come to service my pool for filter repair/cleaning or routine water treatment and cleaning, have always been professional. I would, and have previously, recommended them to my friends.

Carolina Pool King performed a pool inspection for buyer clients of ours. They were extremely communicative and organized, letting us know when they would be out and confirming via email. When we had to reschedule last minute due to seller issues, they were understanding and worked us into the schedule again! Our pool remote did not work any more. Poolking charged us $ 121.62 just for coming and looking at it. The result: we need a replacement remote or a completely new remote system. Although calling two times, we did neither get an answer nor a quote for 18 days.

The office assistants, Aubrey & Erica are respectful, courteous and professional in keeping their word to call back, gather information requested and perform action items post phone calls. The owner, Kat, is attentive to customer needs, understanding of requests and willing to find ways to help. The inspector Jim appeared to give detailed information regarding safety issues related to a pool inspection.

Thanks to the team at Carolina Pool King my pool is now operational and clean again. A recent repair by another pool company proofed to be disastrous with a lot of headaches. Carolina Pool King not only has a very knowledgeable staff, but they are also extremely kind, friendly, accommodating and most of all honest. I will most certainly call on them again if needed. For many years I struggled to find an honest pool company in Charlotte. Most pool companies are full of empty promises and cannot deliver and some are even thieves. Carolina Pool King has been a breath of fresh air. I was hesitant to do a contract bc of my previous experiences with other pool companies, and they were understanding of my reservations. After 6 months of having Carolina Pool King, I have nothing but great things to say about them, from their maintenance crew, to the repair techs, and the office and management staff, Carolina Pool King has greatly exceeded my expectations and I can say I'm finally happy to actually own a pool! They show up on time, they do the job right, and their administrative staff is very responsive.
