Captain Harry's Hi-Tech Pools helped me finish what two other pool companies could not; a 14 feet x 28 feet simple pool! The crews he has available for pool tiles, pool coping, pavers and pool plaster (Florida Stucco-Gem Finish) are top notch, very meticulous with the details and very good at their trades! Captain Harry knows the pool construction business and was able to answer every question I had.
He also made every effort to keep the line of communication open to let my wife and I know when the crew would be out to finish each stage of the work! Best of all, the work progressed as fast as possible! I have and will continue to recommend Captain Harry's Hi-Tech Pools to my friends, family & customers! Thanks again Captain Harry!

We found Harry online and took a chance with all his great reviews not knowing him and now we feel so lucky to have found him. Harry is a great guy who cares and takes pride in his business. With Harry you have professionalism, clear communication, and dependability. It's so hard to find that nowadays specially in the pool industry. Also, his team has heart and were very hardworking sometimes even in rain. We now have an amazing pool and at night it feels like we were in a resort. Don't waste time looking further I have and this was the best decision I made.

When hunting for a pool contractor I came across Hi-Tech pools on Yelp. From the moment I spoke to Harry I knew this company was the one for me! He was the person I dealt with from day 1, not a random sales rep. He visited and checked every single step of the way! Harry was very detail oriented and made sure we knew what was happening and when it was happening. His workers were extremely friendly and worked harder than hard to meet deadlines.
We broke ground on June 16 and today August 25 my children jumped into their pool! As someone who is a bit of a control freak Harry made sure to keep me informed. My husband made fun of me because every Monday I knew I'd receive a Harry update for the week and would get excited to see the progress! I highly recommend Harry and his team and if I could give him 1000 stars I would!

First and foremost I would like to thank Captain Harry for building our dream pool a reality. We presented Harry with a couple of ideas and he delivered exactly what we invisioned. In Miami it is hard to find a pool company/contractor you can actually trust, Captain Harry was always honest and readily available when needed. We moved into a new construction home and obtained his information from a neighbor who built their pool with Harry.
Long story short out of the six pools in the neighborhood Captain Harry built five of them, we jokingly considered calling out street name: Captain Harry Ave. Harry is a professional and quite the perfectionist, this is the guy you want building your pool.

Hi-Tech resurfaced my pool about 8 years ago. Harry made sure that the job was done to perfection. I have had no maintenance issues apart from scheduled maintenance tasks such as replacing the old parts and filters. Harry has been responsive, quick and fair with pricing. Hi-Tech Pools is a first-rate organization that I can vouch for. Two weeks ago during a lightening storm my filter and pool heater fried.
Within 3 days a high quality replacement pump and heater were ordered and installed. The pump requires very low maintenance and basically maintains itself most of the time. I had great advice from Harry. Harry addressed all of the questions and concerns that I had when I made my purchase. He even gave me a follow-up call a couple of weeks later to see how everything was going. I received such excellent care with Hi-Tech Pools and I will be telling everyone I know about the great service and handling I received.

Fantastic customer service, clear communication, and a beautiful pool that far exceeded our expectations. Very hands-on and made sure the project finished on-time and within the quoted price. We've already recommended him to three friends and will continue to do so. Did I mention we LOVE our pool?!
