I used Windermere Pools for 6 years while living in Orlando. They saved me a lot of money by identifying smaller inexpensive failing pieces of equipment that would have resulted in catastrophic failures if not fixed. They also managed my pool while the pool deck was being refinished and replaced a pool light at one point. Their staff is extremely friendly and professional. I recommend them to any and everyone!

Communication with the office is very good, responsive to issues and extra service needs. Pre-covid our tech was on time like clockwork. However, during COVID, they sometimes come a day later which isn't a big deal.

Thai company is amazing! Joe and his team go above and beyond. Joe has been cleaning my pool for over 13 years and has always responded to requests and issues quickly and efficiently.
