I called because of an issue with our sauna to ask them to come out and take a look. Instead of immediately scheduling a service call, the guy on the phone walked me through a reset procedure I could do myself. He could have easily put me on the schedule and charged me for a service call, but the quick help on the phone saved time and money! If I have any problems in the future I'll be calling Charleston Pool & Spa again for sure.

I recently chose Charleston Pool & Spa to purchase a $1,400 robotic pool cleaner. I called 2.5 hrs before closing to say I would be coming in before they closed. There was a big storm so we arrived 10 mins before closing. When I told the saleswoman that we were disappointed for the wasted time because they had closed 15 mins early and neglected to call, she gave me an ugly attitude and stated that I should be grateful for her service.

We've been looking for an above ground pool for sometime. When we went in and talked to Lacey at Charleston Pool & Spa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us estimates for several different pools, and gave us a price that matched or beat anyone else, in addition to several other upgrades at no additional cost. We purchased the pool, and she worked closely with us and the installer to get it all done in a timely manner. We love the pool, and hope to enjoy it for years to come. We definitely recommend Charleston Pool & Spa. Thank You Lacey for getting us through the process.

Mike Arant at Charleston Pool & Spa just completed our swimming pool and we are thrilled. Mike was so knowledgeable and professional as he walked us through the entire process. Everything went along on schedule and when it came time to make certain selections as well as learning about how to take care of the pool, pump, etc. he was so patient and helpful. I would recommend Mike and everyone at Charleston Pool & Spa if you are considering a pool. Jenny and David Welch
