Curt has been in the business for 30 years, and it shows. If you need a part, call him. If you need a tub, call him! Every other place in town asks the wrong questions (I know, I've called them). Curt knows exactly what questions to ask to get you exactly what you want/need!

Great service. I had been dealing with another company to get my tub repaired but that process was taking forever and did not inspire confidence. Called Spa Word and has the problem re-diagnosed and fixed within a few weeks, and only that long because we had to order a part. Communication and professionalism were excellent.

Over the past three days we shopped eight spa stores on 287. Just because you don't buy from someone doesn't mean they did anything wrong, and so it is with Spa World. We had a nice, no-pressure shopping experience, and the guy showed us some options we hadn't previously thought of for strapping down our tub's cover.
