During normal business hours nobody would answer the phone and nobody would open the door. Absolutely nothing stating they were closed.

I had an inspection done before I bought a home with a pool. I asked for them to call me so I could be here for it, but the person they sent never called till he was done and just said everything looked great. Once we moved in I noticed some problems so had another company come look and they found several issues pretty quickly that should have been noticed during the original inspection.

We bought a house with a pool that was previously built by Larry's pools. It's about 15 years old but everything is still working great. We had a small issue with the pump but they came out and fixed it for a very reasonable price and worked with my home warranty company to make it easier. I will continue to give my business to Larry's pools.

We had Larry's install our pool last year and are very happy with it. When we researched pool installers everyone we talked to recommended them. There was a bit of a wait because they only do 50 pools a year but it was well worth it! Services: Swimming pool water analysis, Winterization, General construction

Went into store and asked for a skimmer and vacuum head for my above ground swimming pool. The person at the counter told me that they didn't have anything for that style of pool. I asked what is the difference between a skimmer and a vacuum head between the 2 and I was told with great attitude that she has a vacuume for $1,000 and a skimmer that attached to a 40' pole for $80.00 if I wanted to go that route.
After she walked away from me to help another guest, I found the vacuum head in their store that I was looking for at a cost of $56.00. I will not be returning to this place of business ever again. Next year I am planning on having a new in ground pool installed and they have lost a sale. Very unprofessional people and rude. I will take my business elsewhere.
