Bob was the technician who diagnosed and replaced our pool pump. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He quickly completed the pump replacement/install and provided excellent teaching and training information to me that made me a more informed pool owner. I will recommend Bob and blue Hawaiian to every pool owner I know.

After having a horrible experience with another company to be able to call on Monday, and have the issue addressed by Wednesday was amazing! They also communicated that they were on the way and when they were done!!

Have only had communication about pool installation quotes. Was ask to give address for a site visit, and quote. Gave the address, and was asked to come to the store location instead. Not a good start for an accurate quote. Not sure i will be moving forward with them.

Mike came out to help us with our pump that wouldn't start when we opened our pool. Took him 5 minutes to get it going. Love that he tried the simple fix first instead of going right to repairs or full replacement which could have cost us tons of money. He was so nice, super friendly and even took time to answer our questions (we are new pool owners). We will definitely be using Mike and this company to close our pool in the fall.
