Steve is incredibly rude. It was a huge inconvenience for him to come out of his office to answer a simple question. The phones rang non stop while he sat there. Poor poor customer service. Will never go back. I'll stick to Austintown Pools, they are incredible!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Caribbean Pools! Just had our pool installed yesterday and the installation staff was FANTASTIC! Justin and Cameron were amazing with their work ethic, attention to detail. They were so meticulous in making sure every detail was perfect during installation! Caribbean Pools definitely have some great people working for them! Thank you!
