We have been researching hot tubs for close to six months with not much luck especially during COVID, etc. I looked online at less expensive hot tubs and was given delivery times of up to five months and poor reviews on these companies. Finally, we just went into Pure Water Spas sales office and found the perfect tub. The sales person was excellent, delivery and installation was outstanding, and follow up was amazing. We are enjoying our hot tub. The total time from going to the sales office to installation was only four days! The financing was very easy. overall 5 stars. :

Great experience and products, but best of all great customer service. Kristen and I chatted for over a year during initial Covid lockdowns when supply was tight, she helped me place the order for a large Hot Spring Prism that we now love very much. Communication on order status, delivery itself and follow up contact / supplies (in stock) exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this business, in particular they were accommodating of my hearing disability, and have reasonable prices. I took advantage of some of their deals and again the overall value on top of the customer service exceeded my expectations. In short, I would do it again.

Pure Water Spas has amazing customer service! They are ready and willing to help you with whatever you might need.
