Critical: Professionalism I don't know about quality of your pools, but you forgot about noise ordinance. Starting making noise 4.30 am near residential. Half of the street can't sleep

We pulled the trigger in the fall of last year. Took about a month or so to get the design down with our pavers and all, because we changed a few things. They produce an awesome rendering of your back yard so you get a true feel of what it's going to look like. Once we picked out colors and all, they started in about 2 weeks. From mid-December to end of January they were on the ball. Even through the holidays they ran ahead of schedule.
Being in Gulf County, Cox Pools was the only company to call us back and set up an appointment. I feel confident they wouldn't been the one we'd have pick, regardless. Everything turned out great. Had a small issue with the pump making a noise and they were out the next morning to solve it. No questions asked. 10/10 would recommend.

We're very happy with all phases of our pool and spa installation! Each person, from the initial meeting to the end, was very professional. The heavy equipment operators took extra care and concern for our existing landscaping through the construction. Each phase of the build was thoroughly explained by the crew (all were top notch!) After the final closure of the build, , we had calls to Cox Pools because of our inexperience with pools. They were handled with courtesy and quickly. And it only took less than 4 months from start to finish too! Special shout out to Justin, Bryan, Mike, Jesse and Jeremy! Thanks guys for all your help!

Cox Pools service department and technicians are top notch! Alex came out and did a warranty repair just a couple days after I called it in. He was so polite and efficient, as all Cox staff has been. I am very glad that I chose Cox Pools to build my pool. Way to go!

I dropped in and filled out a contact form almost 2 months ago and was never contacted. At the time, they said they would get back with me in 2 weeks. When I called back after not receiving a call, I did receive an apology and that someone would be back with me shortly. After another couple of weeks someone else did call, I emailed a lot plat and it has been over a week and still nothing. I know Cox is supposed to be #1, however with this service they will not be for long.
