They started Dec 2 and finished March 5. They would have finished in 5 weeks if we didn't have all the rain! My only regret is I didn't end up going with the hot tub! Their service is great! I will definitely go with them again when I build my next home! Highly recommend.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value The owner will not fix issues while the pool is still under warranty. He blames everyone but his own team and workmanship and is extremely rude and unprofessional, going so far as to laugh in our faces when we tried to explain the situation. Critical: Responsiveness The word out there is that they are the best in this area. Maybe just to good. I am trying to build a swimming pool in my home but I could not get anyone to follow up with me to achieve that.

I called multiple times asking if someone would come clean our filter. I finally received a call back after a week and explained what we are needing. I was sent a text after that asking some questions about who maintains our pool. When I responded that we maintain the Pool ourselves and we just need a filter cleaning, I got no response. They obviously don't want our business and I will not be calling them again. I do not recommend this company. Unprofessional and a waste of my time.

We are very satisfied with our pool. It is a process and it takes time. With all major projects, issues will arise, but they were taken care of. The team is professional and the workmanship is of excellent quality. The end result is beautiful! We recommend South Texas Pools to anyone.
