These people are incredible! Bought our hot tub from them and we have been treated so good. We called and told them that we were having issues after our hard freezing temps. They sent a gentleman who did not quit until he had the problem solved and fixed. They are great!

I would like to have given them less. The customer service was less than acceptable. Never going back. The old staff seemed much more knowledgeable. Sorry the store has gone downhill so quickly.
