I have been there twice recently. The first time was when I was finding DE powder in my pool floor, implying that my filter had a tear somewhere inside. A whole new filter costs around $1,000, replacing the filter grid inside would cost around $400, but they had the single part I needed, for around $18. Then I was having trouble getting the chlorine level in my pool water correct. They test pool water for free, so I brought down a sample of water, the attendant put some in their machine, but the machine wasn't working right. So he just took a dipstick test from a bottle, and ran that test. The results from that helped me get my water regulated properly.

Very poorly ran business. Especially the owner Steven Bertolino, he's extremely unprofessional. I had ordered supplies for my pool, i was told multiple times it had arrived and that they had it. When i came in, steven bertolino told me he had not seen the items for two days and that they went missing, he seemed like i was a bother to him and that i was in the wrong somehow. I asked what happened to my order when i had called several times and was told that he had them, he wouldnt even offer a refund just told me that he would re-order the items i needed for my pool.

I told him i wanted my money back and wanted to go else where, he told me i was out of luck and even had the nerve to laugh in my face over it. Seems like he doesn't mind losing clients with how unprofessional him and his staff are. Beware, go somewhere else or else you'll get scammed!

Critical: Professionalism went to pick up chlorine tabs was told they couldnt sell to me because i didnt buy last year. i was in there loyalty program not any more. went to leslies they had plenty no questions asked. as a senior and life long resident of E.I. I find this very sad. I called to inquire on this policy and was told do what ya gotta do. NO STARS. Service: Swimming pool summerization

Someone in my neighborhood got a pool done by them. Sign in front of the yard. I liked the pool size is exactly what im looking for. I inquired today and called the number on the sign. Female receptionist told me they cant not take my call nor I can speak with a sales representative since they're book until the last day of august. I guess everyone on long island is getting a pool this month. Makes no sense.
