This is our first year as a valet customer and we couldn't be happier with the service, quick response and professionalism that the technicians and crew provide. We had an issue with our heater earlier in the season and they came same day, diagnosed, ordered the part and fixed it. Our pool was cloudy, we called the office and a tech was out within 2 hours to correct the water quality. All things that our previous valet service would never have done and something that would have taken days for them to come out for.
The people in the office are attentive and willing to address any concerns or questions that arise. We are so happy that we decided to go with the Pool Company this season and will be customers for years to come. They really do value their clients. The bluetooth speaker as a customer appreciation gift was also a nice touch!

This is not only one of the best businesses in Bergen County, but run by some of the finest people you will ever meet. This is family-owned. Krista and Jim don't simply run a business, but care deeply about their customers. My husband and I are customers for over 24 years. This year, however, was no ordinary year for us, as we experienced quite a number of issues with our pool. These issues were not easily detected.
And it took someone who is well-versed and resourceful in diagnosing it properly. Jim was both diligent and tenacious in scoping out the various issues that were occurring. The Pool Company, from the owner (Krista) to the other employees (especially Tara!) are responsive and informative, go above and beyond in terms of customer service and results. We are so happy with our new, clean and CLEAR pool!

The retail customer service and home pool service people here are amazing. I'm a new inground pool owner and they have helped me immensely. They could've tried to sell me equipment I didn't need, but instead cleaned my current filter and instructed me on the proper care for my pool. I can't say enough good things about these people! Very happy I found them!
