Don't expect a return call. My wife called 3 weeks ago to speak to a salesman and has yet to hear from ANYONE. Guess business is booming and they don't need ours!

Critical: Responsiveness Went in and asked for someone to come give us a quote on rehabbing our 1950s pool, they came out to the house but never received a quote. After reading the reviews, I guess we dodged a bullet.

I have used Pamlico Pool company since 1997. They have always been there to help me, advise me, and take care of all my needs. All of the people that work there have always been professional, courteous, and totally helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a pool or needs some help with their existing pool. They are a wonderful family business.

I'm a committed pool buyer. All poor reviews for responsiveness have proven to be our experience also. Sadly, I received several reliable referrals to Pamlico, but it's unacceptable not to get a return call after multiple attempts over several days. Receptionist was pleasant over the phone.
