We purchased a home in the Outer Banks without a pool and found Caribbean Pools to be extremely helpful from beginning to end. Pete did an amazing job in coordinating all the necessary up front tasks such as recommending a surveyor, getting necessary HOA and County approvals, and tree removal. His crew and sub-contractors were expedient and professional on the pool, deck and fencing installations to make it swim ready. Elizabeth was awesome to work with and got a pool maintenance contract in place within a week after of installation completion.

Caribbean Pools and Spas recently completed the build of our pool in Corolla, NC. Pete kept us updated during the entire build process (planning, building, and completion) providing timely project updates on everything. His communication and customer service skills are exceptional. He was always looking out for our best interest and provided ideas on how to get the most out of our rental property pool and spa area.

You could tell that Pete takes great pride in Caribbean's work and it shows in the final product. He ensured everything was completed to a high standard beyond minimum standards. We would highly recommend Caribbean Pools and Spas for your pool build. Pete and his team will meet and exceed your expectations as he did with our build. Additionally, I would like to thank Pete for discussing topics outside of the pool building project specifically those related to short-term rentals.

He openly provided great feedback and guidance on some of the expectations relating to short-term rentals in the OBX. His feedback was very helpful during our discussions that were supposed to be about the pool construction.

Pete and his team were amazing! They designed and built a pool for us in Corolla. There were several challenges as the lot was not flat and they had to install a landscaping wall and do a lot of engineering type work to make it happen. Pete communicated through the entire process and if I had questions, he was always there to answer them or meet me at the property when I was in town. I couldn't be happier with the entire process, the professionalism, quality of work and the end product. We made the right choice in using Caribbean Pools.

We began using Caribbean Pools in March, 2021 and I cannot say enough great things about them. They keep our pool and spa sparkling, have helped us to replace any necessary parts, and respond to special service requests quickly. Their customer service has been amazing and I highly recommend them. Services: General repairs & maintenance, Cleaning, Winterization

After thinking we could maintain the pool ourselves we quickly found that wasn't the case and so we y called in the professionals. Elizabeth was super responsive and within a day we had a team member sent out to look and discuss our pool and spa needs. The price for the service was very reasonable and the employee used to clean our pool was fantastic. Always went above and beyond to ensure the pool and spa were in great shape. Can't say enough about Elizabeth and her team. You definitely will not be disappointed if you call them for your pool and spa needs.
