Terrible service department. called in to get my hot tub checked spoke to Jennifer. she couldn't tell me when they could come look at it. they were out this past friday, we were told by the technician he didn't have the right tool to test my board and they left. Jennifer called me this morning with a quote of 2200 to fix it and starts naming off all the parts it needs. half the parts she named off are in workingborder and dont need replaced. very shady company beware if you call them for service

We first contacted Aqua pools on 12/14/20 requesting a quote for a new in ground pool installation. We received a form letter from Zak Bridges via email response the next day and followed up requesting a consultation and further information.subsequently followed up several times and consistently just got the same form letter as a response every time we emailed. In January 2021 I called the office and spoke with a woman who told me she would forward my request directly to Zak Bridges again. it is now early February 2021 and we have heard nothing further.
Extremely poor customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. We have moved onto another vendor who responded immediately, came out within a week and furnished a written proposal the very next day. I guess AQUA doesn't need the business.

We contacted AQUA about building a pool for us and received an initial email from Zak. The next day, we answered his questions about what we had in mind and indicated which pictures from the portfolio web site we were most interested in. After that, we didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. After emailing him again, he sent us a proposal (estimate) and asked a few more questions - he said he was mocking up designs for us. Again, we answered his questions promptly and were interested in moving forward.
That was 6 weeks ago and we never heard anything back, despite emailing him again. I understand it's a busy time for pool builders, but please don't waste everyone's time if you are not interested in taking on new customers.

Have you ever bought something and gotten home and just feel you've been ripped off. Well if you have and enjoy that feeling, shop here. Do your self a favor and grab any chemical they happen to sell. Then look it up online. There will be at least a 100 percent mark up. Grab any pool toy, pool part or even a service part and look it up. If you use their "platinum pool care service" really pay attention to the chemicals they put in your pool.
They use shock and tabs that they don't sell on the floor. If you pay for service with out the platinum contract they will sell you the "higher end" MORE expensive chemicals. Remember it starts from the top! Dishonest over priced flashy business!

Our family has been with Aqua Pools for over 15 years. They built our in ground pool and have serviced it for years. They have provided a reliable service to our pool and have maintained it in excellent condition year in and year out. They are recommended highly for all pool services and are recommended without reservation.

The people at Aqua are a pleasure to work with. From grills and grilling supplies to Yeti mugs and coolers, we have an assortment of Aqua products at our house and it is our go to spot for gifts because who can't use some great BBQ seasonings? We also purchased a Hot Springs Spa from Aqua and the entire process was seamless from selection to delivery and setup. Thank you, Danny and Aqua Pools!
