I have now owned my custom swimming pool for two years and it has performed exceptionally. I have not had any problems. Jamie and his crew were professional and delivered our pool on time at the quoted cost. Maintaining the pool is quick and easy. Jamie really took his time to explain what was involved in maintaining a pool. I'm new to owning a pool but I've been able to close and open the pool as well as maintain the pools chemical balance thanks to Jamie's expert training. Working with his crew of professionals was a pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Pools.

We just bought our house and Betto came to do a 'pool lesson'. He explained everything, from how the filter works to how to make sure the chemical levels are correct. It was great, bring a note pad!

Working with Jamie and all of the guys, was a very easy and seamless process. They made our pool very stress free and we have absolutely no complaints. Everyone we dealt with were very professional and respectful, and we could not be happier with the way it turned out. The timeline and communication from Jamie and Pablo throughout the whole process was second to none. I highly recommend Advanced Pools to anyone looking to put in any type of pool. Chip Cathey

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Advanced Pools, Inc. Jamie was a great consultant and designer. Extremely knowledgeable, no high-pressure at all, and he gave some good advice on how to spend money with upgrades. Their scheduling department was on-point. Their attention to detail during the design, permitting and construction process is one of the best we have experienced. I truly felt their commitment to excellence in everything they did and their team was super professional managing the entire process.
Throughout the entire project, we were kept abreast of each step. The sub-contractors were never late, always cleaned up, and were respectful of our property. Also, after every step our construction supervisor Pablo stopped by to confirm the step was completed and to our satisfaction. My family has loved the pool so far, and we know it was worth every single penny. Like I said, nothing but wonderful things to say about Jamie and his team. Advances Pools, Inc did exceptional work for us.

Advanced Pools installed our in ground pool in 2018. They were very helpful with the design and with timely communications. Since then they have done our weekly pool maintenance. We keep our pool open year round. They never miss their maintenance times. We absolutely love our pool and even enjoy it even during the cool months when we don't swim. Our pool has a waterfall feature which really adds to the experience. They are very helpful when I have questions or need something. I wish we had installed our pool years earlier. I would highly recommend them for new pool install or routine maintenance.

We had a pool installed by Advanced Pools in the fall and they were great to work with. We had the option to go with two other pool companies but chose Advance because they were local. We feel it was a good choice. Jamie and Pablo were both very professional and it became obvious they cared about assuring the pool was installed correctly. The final pool looks great. Jamie, the owner, was involved throughout the process and would regularly visit the site to assure everything was progressing and being installed properly.
It's obvious he really cares about producing a great pool for his customers. Even after the pool was completed and final payments were made, Jamie has called several times to ask if we were experiencing any issues. That kind of professionalism is hard to find nowadays. If you are in the market for a pool, I highly recommend Advanced Pools.

There are very few businesses I have worked with that I can recommend as highly as this one. Jamie and his staff are kind, hard-working, and careful. Mother Nature threw a few delays into our pool construction, but Advanced Pools kept the lines of communication wide open, so we never felt in the dark. Our pool is gorgeous, and for the first time since we moved in 5 years ago, we love our back yard. I can't imagine there is anyone else in the area who does a better job. We will continue to recommend Advanced Pools to all of our friends.
