I'm using a Radiant Pool installer and need help from corporate. I requested help back in May too. My project has been improperly installed in multiple ways. Out of level and leaks. Was told pool has to be removed! Radiant installer won't return calls. Please help us.

I ordered coping from them and they sent the wrong coping to me when I called and told them the coping was wrong and I needed the correct coping they told me they don't sell the coping I needed anymore after the fact I told them I needed the 13lines. Then I had to pay to send it back and they did not refund my money for the shipping of it.
