I have been calling this company for the last 3 days. Each time I call I do not get the office that I need and a very polite person says theyll connect me. Then after a short wait the same person comes back on and says " Im sorry, all the reps inn that office are on the phone or busy, I would be happy to take a message and have someone retuern your cal " l. Im waiting.3 days later still no call back.
I guess since they are the only game in town they can afford to treat potential customers like this. I expressed my displeasure to the woman I spoke to today who again assured me that someone would CB. They have multiple stores but a central location for answering the phone. Im not sure if the 3 separate people I spoke to that told me they would ask someone to call me back are not rel;aying messages or if they just don't care or a combination of both.

Great customer service by all employees. They made the whole pool buying experience positive and simple. We felt supported by our decision every step of the way and knowing they are just a call or quick visit away helps us feel at ease. A special thanks to Destiny and Doug, we are excited for many memories to be made this summer and more years to come.

Doug at the Schofield store was very helpful getting us set up as first time buys of a spa. We chose to purchase from this location because of recommendations from our friends that have recently purchased a spa. Good customer service.

Very helpful; explained the details on our new hot tub (that wasn't even purchased through them) and guided us on what needed to be done to keep things in tip top shape. We will be back when we want to stock up our gaming room! Thanks!

Doug was very helpful and showed me many different hot tubs to choose from. I also appreciated that he is going to get me set up with information on the correct electrical setup as well as chemicals. This was not the first store I went to, but am definitely glad I decided to shop here!
