All employees are great but Jeff has bedside manners of a cat! He doesn't want to be bothered with anything unless you're spending money.

Critical: Professionalism Under contract for one year, we would call, leave message, no call back. Then they said we would be there in two weeks to start, then it was 3 days, then they said that they didn't say three days. I just said ok and canceled our contract. Very Unprofessional.

Stopped in today to pick up a few items and to have my water tested. There store is really nice still getting this location squared away and waiting on shipments so did not have everything parts wise in but lots of good chemicals. I purchased a used above ground last summer from a friend in hopes it would be easy to find everything but they helped me with what I needed and will call me when they have it but Now I am in a predicament because after talking to Amy, instead of leaving there with above ground stuff I left with wanting and in ground pool and made an appointment. Awesome customer service, she showed me how to take care of my pool and the chemicals. thank you Amy lookin forward to coming back and getting a real pool.

I have no idea what I'm doing as a pool owner, but I don't worry about it. Because Amy and Jeff break it down for me so that I understand what's going on with my pool. They LISTEN to me and most of all they TEACH me. I have used every pool supply service in this county, so don't waste your time shopping around. Go to Pool Doctor and trust what they tell you.
