Jen and her guys were so very helpful in getting our new pool up and going. We were squeezed in their schedule and the prices were the best I had found. Will continue to use them for all our pool needs.

We consulted this company multiple times years ago while installing our own pool. They were so nice to us even when they didn't have to be. We bought our PoolCrete from them as well. When we were all finished they bought our excess PoolCrete back from us. They didn't have to do that either. They were very helpful and friendly. They are highly recommended!

I am really glad we went with these guys. They are prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. We have never owned an in ground pool before. We knew there was a small leak somewhere and were fearing it would be a costly fix. They came out, and found the leak was near our pump. My husband wanted to fix it himself and they had the parts on hand for him to do so.

Every time they have came to clean our pool, they have been very friendly and answering any questions we might have. Their prices are very competitive, even lower than the people who previously cleaned the pool before we bought the house, and Little Richards actually does more than the previous people did. I also like that it is a family run business. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pool or spa/hot tub. With everything else we have going on, it is nice to know our pool is in good hands.

The owners son is very rude and no respects. I come home from work they had my whole driveway blocced with only 1 big big trucc. They let our swimming pool turn green looks like a swamp and didnt apologize for their mistake or even bother to fix it on they behalf. All this happened when we had them come convert our pool to salt not to mention when the owner had come over had an attitude as if he wanted to fight. These people are unprofessional and clearly didnt know what they were doing

Quick same day service or next day working with them for over 20 plus years. They have a older customer base who doesn't rate company, words of mouth still best n the country.

Critical: Professionalism Wouldn't trust them to not cut corners which with chemicals can put people to risk. Says a lot when whoever is driving their truck can't leave the phone alone to operate it safely. Distracted driving is dangerous and not professional.

I known Jeff who is Owner for years. I can say he is the friendliest and most helpful person ever when it comes to our poor needs. When ever he comes he does what ever is needed in a quick and responsive manner. His rates are very reasonable comparable to the area. We have had our pool for 30 years, and used about everyone in the local Wichita area and Little Richards pricing is well below other pool types estimates.

You can trust Jeff and Little Richards to do what ever is needed regarding a pool. I am getting on in age, yet in past tried to repair minor stuff myself. However in last 5 years I have relied on Little Richards Pool Service to take care of our pools repairs. Jennifer in office is always there to return emails, and keeps you informed. It is a family business, and they treat you like family.very friendly and helpful. I have never met the Dad yet sure he is proud of how Jeff handles customers needs. Horrible customer service! I hired them to clean and scrub my pool. I knew my liner was old, so specifically asked them NOT to pressure wash. They used a, pressure washer anyway and put holes in the liner. Then called ME a liar, yelled at me. Very rude and unprofessional.
