After 18 years of having them open and close my pool its over. The disorganization of the office and rude customer service we will take our business elsewhere!

Beware! I stopped by the store and while waiting in line saw the woman at the cash register get into an argument with a customer who was checking out. She kept yelling at him and he was apologizing but she eventually wouldn't sell him anything and kicked him out. Several other customers stood up for the man and were yelled at by her and then several others like myself walked out. The store was busy and short staffed but also had several young kids under ten in the store staring on in horror as this was Happening. Sad to watch this happen.

I want to rate it higher because I love the place. They have good pool products and a great staff. The problem is that the prices are outrageous. I find myself going there for convenience, otherwise I'm ordering the product online or from Walmart.

A little hard to find, drove from the west side of Rochester. Glad I did. They were the only ones in two counties that had what I needed. Pleasant and helpful. I wll take the drive back there the next time I need something.
