We've been shopping around for a hot tub - not sure if we'll purchase one here but the saleswoman was patient with us and explained all the options and gave us lots of paperwork to compare different models.

I began working with Fred and Christine on a vinyl liner pool installation. We met several times to get the project just right. Without any reason or explanation, they completely dropped my project and have not been responding to any of the emails I've sent over the past 5 months. My husband and I had both the liquid cash money ready ($100K+) and an additional $30K home equity loan to cover the project.
It's extremely disappointing and rude to treat customers this way after so much time and effort was put into this project. It seems to be an common issue now with Cville Aquatics as I've seen these complaints on here and FB. I would not recommend contacting this company for any of your pool or spa needs.

Having pool problems, call these guys, they will hook you up, been dealing with them just about ten years now, No mater how big or small the problem, Jodie in service dept. will be on top of it, Have met just about all of the sever Tech, and they are also a great bunch of guys, Mike and Brain, will not only get the job done, but will explain to you what you need to do to stay on top of your problem, have nothing bad to say about this company. they are the best.

We walked in looking at Spas and were greeted by Kelly. We didn't know much about Spa's but Kelly schooled us up. She was very knowledgeable about all their products, she even knew about Foosball tables. Lol. Great place and very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely visit them again when we are closer to making a decision on what Spa we want to get. Thank you Kelly!

I inquired twice to this company to get someone to either call me back or get a price quote and never received a call back or email back. Please be aware if you use their contact form you will be automatically signed up for their email marketing spam. That was the only thing I received from them, very poor marketing tactics. I left 3 stars to try to be fair as I do not know how their actual service is but from the experience I received is why I left 3 stars, I feel customer service and the first interaction speaks volume before you can even think about using a service.
