Fantastic Service. They came out much quicker than expected- repaired a broken hot tub cover bracket and sent photos every step of the way! Peace of mind and high quality repairs. Bought this used tub from them four years ago and we are extremely happy! Really no issues. Thank You Jim! Jamie and Miranda are awesome!

I made an appointment for winterizing my hot tub. I spoke with Miranda, the service manager. I was told to call back in a few weeks and I fully expected that this was taken care of. When I called a few weeks later, it was confirmed that I was on the schedule. I gave my personal details and left my credit card information. A few minutes later the owner called me back and told me they don't take new clients. No discussion whatsoever. He was rude and unapologetic. Now I am left scrambling to find another company that can perform the work before I leave for Florida.
