Critical: Quality, Value Unable to resolve a pool filter issue with Beatie. No service after the sale. Cheap equipment, unfixable. They passed the buck to the manufacturer. They fefuse to honor a product still under manufacturer warranty. Service: Swimming pool equipment maintenance

Beattie's is always there to answer questions concerning pool chemicals and general maintenance. The free water testing is ideal - not all places offer this for free. I have attended "pool school" for opening my pool a couple of times and learned something new each time. It's a family atmosphere when you enter the doors and they truely care about helping each customer to the fullest. Thank you Beattie!

Beattie Master Pools and Spa constructed an in ground pool and spa for us in August of 2021 and we could not be more pleased with how it went. The process started approximately 6 months prior when the owner first met with us to go over design concepts, options, and associated pricing. This was a big decision for us and it took several iterations of the design before we landed on one to fit our desires and budget.
The entire staff of Beattie Pools was very patient with us during the process and acted with the highest level of professionalism. I am in construction myself and certainly understand the challenges the industry faces. There were a few minor unforeseen setbacks experienced; the team acted professional and with quick resolve through them. The final product, services provided, explanation of pool maintenance and care, and ongoing customer support have all been outstanding. I would recommend Beattie Master Pools and Spa to anyone considering a pool or spa.

I can't say enough good about this company. Purchased a Raypak heater from them (instead of going to Amazon). The price was actually lower and we had a slight issue which they quickly addressed (Replying to me on Easter Sunday I might add). Great people and awesome products. Very helpful But would not recommend getting a sundance hot tub. Only had it for 3 yeats and everything that could go wrong went wrong. Lucky it is still under warranty. The service repair guy is excellent.
