Do not get your pool built by Guitons. They used Northwest pools to do our work and after fixing all of their mistakes we are still left with uneven splotchy pebble sheen. It looks awful. Their subs damaged our brand new coping and did a horrible patch job after refusing to take blame when no one else was ever out there. My mom's 20 year old pebble tech looks more even than our brand new job. This is the result after my complaints and the owner personally came out.

Hubby and I want to give a big shout out to Polo and Autumn at Guiton's service center. We had a beautiful pool put in 20 years ago by another company, unfortunately our calls for help to fix a night time pool light were not returned from the original contractor. After one year of getting no where from original contractor, we contacted Guiton's and explained after a PG&E shut off the night colored lights stopped working.

We were pretty confident it wasn't a physical light issue, but a simple fix for a pool knowledgeable person. We spoke with Autumn, very friendly gal who said they were 10 days out for a visit and they would hope to find the issue. Polo came out, spoke to hubby, a few minutes in, Polo found the problem, a circuit below just for the pool electrical items was tripped. The honesty and professionalism of Guiton's is wonderful. The visit charge fee to our Red Bluff home was more than fair. We will utilize this company in the future. Honesty and integrity pulls alot of weight these days, thank you again, Autumn and Polo.

Guitons is the best for all your swimming pool/hottiub needs. Simply take your sample of water in and they test it for free. Putting you on a simple regimen to keep in your water crystal clear and healthy. The staff are fantastic.

Neglect on their part. Never checking filter pressure causing pump to stop. Then telling me that the only way to fix this is to drain it. In the midst of a drought instead of filtering it out. They refused to even clean and change the filters. Needless to say I have the pool clearer and on it's way to clean in just two days of filtering, clean the filters, filter some more, clean etc. Whatever happened to good customer service? Why not take responsibility and make it right? I hope the owner reads this and talks to his/her incompetent employees.

They had filter cartridges and tank o-ring in stock. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Also did no charge pool water analysis while I waited. They aren't the cheapest but they provide quality products and services for one of the biggest home improvement investments we have. Feels good to know there's a reliable resource available locally.

Guiton's Pools built our 1st swimming pool in the 90's and we had zero problems with it. It was beautiful, worked perfectly and was the easiest thing in our home to care for. We had Guiton's Pools build our 2nd swimming pool at our new home in 2002. It was more complicated by access problems so they started digging before the house foundation went it. This pool is also beautiful and easy to care for.

I have spoken with many pool owners and some had nightmare stories from using other contractors. Guiton Pools are worth the wait and the price! They do it right the first time, and they stand behind their product. I will use them again, if I ever leave this oasis they've built.
