We purchased an above ground pool in 2020. We have no issues with the actual pool but the way we were rushed through with very little help is baffling. We knew what style of pool we wanted so that wasn't the issue, it was the literal poor service after the purchase was made. It's as if we were thrown a manual and rushed out the door. Thankfully there is another pool store in my town that has been extremely helpful.

Top notch customer service. Great selection of pools and spas. They even test your water and teach you what needs to be done to keep a healthy pool or spa! Fun toys and products for family and friends. Highly rated hometown local business. I recommend it to all my family and friends.

I've been going to Locey's for a few years and they have always been super helpful. Today I went in with a water sample from my pool and my alkalinity was very low. So I was set up with the proper chemicals and directions of quantity and when to pour them was written in sharpie on the buckets. They make pool care super easy.

Locey Swim and Spa are wonderful! We sold our home that has a pool but before we closed on it, our pool chemistry got out of whack.lol. They helped us get it back in order. The associates are very knowledgeable and so friendly. I would highly recommend Locey Swim and Spa.
