I would never recommend these guys, they resurfaced my pool and decided not to perform the resurface repairs correctly. After just over two years the whole reason I had the pool resurfaced was to fix a crack from the skimmer to the floor of the pool. They decided that adding the proper staples to fix the pool properly was not necessary. Now the exact same crack is back and leaking again after just a couple of years, when I called them out to ask about it they basically blew me off and took that attitude it wasn't there problem. Shame on me for believing they actually knew how to fix my pool. I have spoken to other pool repair companies and they say the only way to fix is is to resurface the pool again. Please beware before hiring this company to do a job.

They replaced the pool liner at one of our properties in a quick efficient manner. Very professional and fair pricing. Two years later a small issue came up. "Simple fix" per their estimation and they offered to make the repair free of charge. Excellent customer service. We will be using again if the need arises.

I posted a google review and this company and their reply accused me of lying and they said "only a competitor posts reviews like this" I am a NOT a business competitor, nor am I affiliated in any way with a pool company of any sort. I am a regular person who searched Angie's List and Family pools indeed contacted me, I did not call or email them. Their estimate was the most expensive company by over $2,000 and they called me a liar on Google, further demonstrating their lack of professionalism.
They attempt to manipulate my words so I'm setting it straight here. They claim they don't solicit business. They do. I did not contact them, they contacted me and came out to give me an incredibly expensive estimate. They also claim I am a competitor of theirs. I'm not. This company was 4 times as expensive as what I got my pool resurfaced for and my pool is beautifully redone. And at a fraction of their cost.
I cannot recommend this company at all- especially as they tried twisting facts in their reply to my google review. Absolutely awful business practice and because of it, to clarify I'm writing this review.

Finally 2 weeks ago resurfacing done. The color is Miami Blue. Was surprised the pool was being emptied out without shutting off the pool. Then when the final finish happened and pool took three days to fill up. When family pool turned the pool back on it would not shut off for days. Family Pool had to return because they removed all the parts but no one told me that the pieces were removed. After family pool added the missing parts backwards I had to finally get my pool man to fix it instead.
Don't expect chemicals to be added to the pool that's on you. I just finished adding $250 of chemical to balance the pool in February. I didn't expect that family pool would not add all the chemical needed to balance the pool water. Set aside more money out of your pocket to pay the pool man to add the chemicals that family pool do not provide. Two weeks later I noticed around the pipe not enough caulking there is a small leak on plastic cover on the pool wall. Looks like it either is installed incorrectly or not tightening enough. The plastic cover is right at the stairs see pictures.

I entered "poor repair company" into Angie's List and a couple of other search engines and this company called me (I didn't contact them- they called me unsolicited). Their sales associate came out and gave me a written quote for $8,600. (Again, they called me, I didn't call them) but I thought that quote sounded rather high. I contacted 2 other companies who came in far, far cheaper one was $4,800 and the third company did the job for $2,000!
Less than 1/4th of this company's price! OUCH! That's a HUGE difference, and then they also offered to redo my patio deck for an additional $5,800 (which does not need to be done). This company is out to make money, a LOT of it, so do your bank account a favor and get a quote from a couple other companies and you'll see these guys are so ridiculously expensive. For the price quoted I would think they are resurfacing my pool britely, using real diamonds. 4+ TIMES as expensive as what I paid- and now my pool is gorgeous!
