This place has terrible customer service once the sale is made. Installment was horrible, our entire basement smells like smoke, its permanent as we have not been able to use the fireplaces, the handle broke off the downstairs fireplace the first time we tried to use/open it. Now it wont open

We bought a Hot Spring Spa from Olympic and we love it! The hot tub is great and Olympic is just hte best. If you want a superior hot tub with excellent customer service- then go to Olympic Hot Tub Company!

Very helpful about spa's and parts I needed. Followup call was made in a timely manner. Prices are as good as I've seen on the net and better than two shops I checked in Portland. Great Job on the customer service.

This is a nice pool. It has a small slide, a couple diving blocks, and one diving board. There are two pools, one deep and one shallow. Sadly, there is no hot tub. There are also lots of noodels and stirafoam balls to shoot into the little basketball hoops.

We have yet to enjoy this pool as a family, but the swim lessons for kids are a class act! My daughter has been taking lessons here for the last 3 summers. It's close to home, clean, and well staffed. Children as little as 9 months can take the Starfish class with their parents and can continue

When I need help with maintenance or products for my used spa I call these guys. They are very good at giving advice, and making recommendations.

I called Cofer Excavation on tuesday afternoon, the estimator came out that evening gave us an estimate of 2300, weds I picked up the permit. Thursday the job was done by 2:30. All I had to do was pick up the permit and seed the lawn. Well of course pay for it.
