Crystal Clear built my pool/spa combo approximately 9 years ago. It has held up great and stood the test of time. I have had other pool companies come perform service at times but always go back to Allen at Crystal Clear everytime because the quality of service and professionalism is better.

Poor and slow service, doesn't return calls. Have had to have them come out 5 or 7 times this last year for our hot tub and at one point had to wait 6 weeks for a part.

This store has an excellent amount of inventory which is handy if you need things right away. However, their website showed a pump sale priced $40 less than normal retail. The salesman with a nametag Johnny refused to honor the internet price even though I had printed the web page 2 hours before

We got a hot tub spa with a surrounding gazebo. The gazebo has shutters which is a nice feature because you can close the shutters on the side toward the neighbor's house. It is so relaxing to hop in and wind down after work with a glass of wine. Sometimes I invite a couple of close friends

Duncan pools and spas have been servicing our pools for 2 years. They show up weekly and if its bad weather they work you in on the first day that weather permits. I would recommend them to my friends and to whom ever else is looking for there pool to be well kept.

We thought our hot tub had pooped out. We called T and T Spa Repair who replaced a simple part. It was inexpensive and Tim had it working in no time.

We contracted with Blue Haven to build a small pool in our backyard. We are in the process of compiling our review. Here is our progress so far: 1. All major steps to building the pool were completed satisfactorily. 2. Pool filled with water September 1, 2007. 3. Waiting for Blue Haven to accomplish
