I live in NH, and purchased a Haven Shorewood Silver Spa over eight years ago. I still love and enjoy my Haven, and glad I chose to purchase my spa from Jim Arjuna. The good folks at The Spa Specialist are friendly, honest, professional, and extremely helpful when you have a problem.

This company is horrible to work with. They are so unorganized and do not keep their word. They can't keep appointments and do not return phone calls, let alone no show regularly. Find someone else to take care of your needs in this department. unreliable
