They are not responsive, they do not meet their commitments. Their service is poor. They do not meet their prices quoted up front. They continue to add to their origninal bids on projects. They do not stay up on the latest technology. Go elswhere and save alot of money and heartache.

We used Earl to repair an older model hot tub. Parts were not easily accessible. He spent much time in trying to locate parts. He had success and was able to repair our tub. He was honest, professional, willing to go the extra mile and personable all at the same time. We highly recommend him.

We bought a Hot Spring Spa from Olympic and we love it! The hot tub is great and Olympic is just hte best. If you want a superior hot tub with excellent customer service- then go to Olympic Hot Tub Company!

Very fun pool! Alternates between still water and waves about every ten minutes. You can rent their inflatable tubes or bring your own floats. Only downside is that they don't let you take anything in to eat or drink, not even water You have to buy their concessions.

Charged me for an item they admit they never shipped. Ignored my repeated requests for a refund. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company who then gave me a provisional disputed-charge credit pending a response from NE Factory. NE Factory ignored their request, never responded.

Poor and slow service, doesn't return calls. Have had to have them come out 5 or 7 times this last year for our hot tub and at one point had to wait 6 weeks for a part.
