I managed the servicing and repair of over 40 subdivisions’ swimming pools, baby pools, hot tubs, fountains and water features. I was one of three teams covering all of San Antonio and surrounding areas consisting of over 130 community properties. We provided full service for water clarity, chemistry, maintenance, flow meters, gauges, automatic chlorine and acid feeders, the servicing of various filters and plumbing to include repair or servicing of motors. I managed a 58,000SqFt retail office and private storage facility reporting directly to the ownership. I leased 42 office suites to small businesses, handling the marketing and communicating of lease requirements and regulations to a diverse business clientele, managing the business needs of tenants and in the prevention of any liability for AAA Alliance.
