I managed the servicing and repair of over 40 subdivisions’ swimming pools, baby pools, hot tubs, fountains and water features. I was one of three teams covering all of San Antonio and surrounding areas consisting of over 130 community properties. I managed a 58,000SqFt retail office and private storage facility reporting directly to the ownership. I leased 42 office suites to small businesses, handling the marketing and communicating of lease requirements and regulations to a diverse business clientele, managing the business needs of tenants and in the prevention of any liability for AAA Alliance.
