Critical: Professionalism, Quality They cleaned the pool just fine. Unfortunately, the service person left the water hose running into the pool over the weekend. Therefore, water overflowed everywhere, resulting in a total mess in the yard, zero chemicals in the pool, and a gigantic water bill coming to us in the future. Service: Cleaning

There prices are higher than there competition. I have had better experience in Walmart at the return. Than I have had at Watson's pool. I can mention my experiences in any other pool store immediately they know who an where. Pool products are high. One or two questions. Then you get attitude. Remind me of stuck up people. Good ole boys club. I give them 2 stars cause they do have the product.

We purchased a home with a salt water pool that they put in. We had no idea how to take care of the pool and had the man come out to help us. He generously took a lot of time to explain things to us. I took water into the shop and we now have a pool boy to take care of the pool for us. I pay a small monthly fee for peace of mine to have these wonderful people take care of my pool. Everyone is so nice, informative and just feel blessed to have them.
