Our state of the art process gently removes calcium, hard water stains and mineral deposits while providing impressive results on ceramic, glass and stone tiles, as well as, rock swimming pool features. Our process removes embedded algae and brightens tile grout, too. The results are impressive.
Unfortunately, this question usually comes after a customer has spent a lot of time and money trying all of the products out there that claim to be the answer for removing calcium and scale deposits. Among these products are liquid treatments, pumice stones and even eraser like contraptions. The truth is, none of these can really remove calcium and scale deposits and return your pool tile back to its original condition.

Our recently remodeled pool deck tiles were already cracking and the mastic shrinking between the coping and the deck. I was having difficulty finding somebody even to look at the issues until Chris and his team came over and took on the job. They reseated and regrouted the tiles, as well as replaced all of the mastic around the pool with a superior product. The pool deck looks better than I've ever seen it. Needless to say, I wish I was aware of them earlier so they could have done the remodel originally.

I really can't say enough good things about Chris and the team. They are honest, attentive and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Watermark Pros if you need to clean calcium deposits on your pool tile. They were very flexible on scheduling, and the crew did an amazing job. Our tile looks like it was just installed. Plus they put a sealer on and shared tips on how to keep calcium deposits from building up. A big thanks to Chris and team!

Watermark Pros reviews are top notch and there is a reason for that. THIS the company you want to do your pool remodel. It is that simple. I contracted Watermark Pros to handle a complete make-over for my nearly 20 year-old pool. I not only wanted to give the tile, coping and plaster a face lift, but I had a vision of really making things pop by adding a wall of lighted jets along the backside of the pool. Watermark Pros made that dream a reality.
It came out exactly as I hoped it would and the results are simply amazing. Chris and his team simply cannot be beat when it comes to getting what you want and getting it done right. I research and reviewed more than 8 different pool companies before deciding on Watermark. They will likely not be the cheapest but you will definitely get what you pay for.
This goes beyond just materials and labor. There are so many moving parts to getting a pool remodeled and what you really want is someone who has a first-rate crew and someone you can contact when you have questions or issues. Chris at Watermark is that man. Several of the other competitors could not even be bothered to return my calls. Other companies actually came up to do a quote on the work and then would never be heard from again.

He brought in a special group to hand-build the new shelf to house the deck jets.
They nailed it and it came out exactly as I had envisioned. He also provided an excellent team to handle the re-plaster. Again, the results were simply awesome. Once the plastering was complete, he had a group of pool technicians ready to go to make sure the startup of the pool went smoothly. Every phase of the project came out perfect. Any issues that popped up were immediately handled by Chris and his team.
Perhaps my project is rare in that we never hit any major snags and never fell behind. I cannot help but think that, had I hired someone else, those snags and delays would have been commonplace. We hired Watermark Pros to remove extreme calcium build up from the stone and tile of our pool and spa. We had tried many things ourselves to remove the unsightly stains and nothing worked. We are beyond pleased with results of the work done by Watermark Pros! In addition to the work, we received top notch, professional service. Watermark Pros just completed my total resurfacing of my pool including all new coping, tile and pebble tech bottom. Mario is a stone expert. His skills are unbelievable! Wow! Watching the project from start to finish was amazing. The resurfacing guys were amazing and the finished pebble tech was sculpted to perfection! Chris the owner was so great to work with.
He was not only available every time I called and asked a question, he was at the job site the entire resurfacing of pebble tech as well as checking on the other processes almost daily throughout the entire job. Thanks Chris for all your hard work. You and your team ROCK! Donna

Chris and the team at Watermark Pros just completed an epic (WetEdge LunaQuartz Bermuda) re-plaster on my pool. Due to some surprise issues with my pool shell (original pool builder's fault), we had a more complicated/lengthy journey than originally expected, but Chris was always there to guide me through it, answer my (many many) questions, and make sure the job was done right.
His prices are fair and he's much more buttoned up and reliable than the competitors I spoke with. His crew is top notch, and Mario (as Chris will probably tell you) is truly an artist who goes above and beyond with the details. Be patient, and remember that if you're getting your pool plastered in the Spring, you're competing with a ton of other folks for the time of your contractor, plaster trucks, "special repair experts", etc.
If it rains alot, things can get backed up quick. Having an experienced, hands on owner like Chris on your side is worth alot in such situations. Now, I'm gonna go enjoy my newly re-opened pool - Thanks Chris.

Yelp, I need more stars for this amazing company. I purchased my home in 2010 and it had these weird stains on the spa, above the water line. Add nine more years of hard water and I was at my wit's end. As one does, I took to YouTube for home remedies. I tried them all, and they all failed. In sad desperation, I contacted my "pool therapist" Nathan at Patriot Pools (also five stars) and he recommended Watermark Pros. Chris, the owner, came over and admittedly looked a little nervous when he saw my scale buildup and the weird stuff on the spa.
A couple of days later I had a quote that seemed very fair. Fast forward to today and the crew arrived promptly and got to work. Miracle of miracles my pool looks new, as I imagined it did in 2004 when it was installed, and the tile has been sealed which should slow down the ongoing revenge of our hard water. Chris and his team are beyond excellent.
My tip if you are doing this in the winter is warm up the pool, even in waders this is not a fun experience when the water is 60 degrees. I wish I had thought of that. As other reviewers have said, worth every single cent and I wish I had done it sooner.

Excellent experience from start to finish. What we thought was going to be a daunting and stressful process, ended up to be completely easy, and actually enjoyable! Chris made sure that we were aware of the schedule and the work being done. He was onsite to monitor everything. His crew was wonderful! Mario is a rockstar! Neighbors have inquired about the work being done, and I have recommended Watermark Pros to them. I'll miss seeing them in the backyard.

Excellent, professional, efficient. The crew restored our 5 yr old glass pool tiles back to new. The white build-up is gone. Much needed service was an investment, but we couldn't get the deposits off ourselves so these pros handled it in just a few hours. I should've hired them 2 years ago. If you're thinking about hiring Watermark, just do it.

The folks at Watermark Pros did a great job on our replaster. Our pool was in pretty bad shape and they did a great job of prep, replastering, and support after. They also cleaned our tile so they look like new and reset some stones that were loose around our spa at a reasonable price. Pool looks like new!

We hired Chris and his crew to plaster our pool and change the coping stone. We could not be happier! Chris is very friendly, caring and personal. He takes pride in his projects. Always on time and prompt to answer any questions you have. He came to meet us several times during this project to help us understand the process. He also helped us on picking colors of tiles, coping stones, etc His crew were very professional and punctual. The pool looks amazing now! The price is great! Thank you Chris. When my son dropped a beer can into a PVC pipe in our pool overflow tank I had a panic attack because I was hosting a pool party in a few days. When I moved to Austin in May 2014, the pool at my house needed a lot of repair and renovation. Watermark Pros were recommended for the tile and stone cleaning around the pool. They also "biocleaned" the coping stones we weren't replacing, and then sealed everything once the replaster and repairs were finished. Chris and his team did a terrific job, making sure first that the bioclean would work, and then finishing the job as soon as the replaster was done so that the stone cleaning could be preserved. Chris was quick to respond to my emails, answered all of my questions thoroughly and coordinated with the replaster and pool maintenance companies to ensure that everything was seamless. This went a long way toward reassuring me about the job. I am happy to recommend them without reservation!
