I appreciated the fact that they took the time to set me up in their system with all of my information including pool size and filtration type that I use. Tested my pool water sample that I brought in and printed out detailed instructions on what is needed as well as explaining dosage amounts and time duration between each dose. I I will be using this store from now on.

Excellent customer service experience. Here's the difference between this place and the many others we visited. Here, you can buy a hot tub right off the floor. If it's in stock, you can buy it and have it delivered the next day! Other places, you have to order and wait. I will share that I ended up buying a tub somewhere else, but for no reason other than I found a tub we liked with a few more bells and whistles (and a few more bucks, too). Downside is that now I have to wait at least 4 weeks or more for it. Waterworks did a great job of educating me, and they had great pricing on a LARGE tub that I could have had delivered the next day. There was plenty of stock on our last visit. But they sell quick. My advice, make a decision and go with it.

Always take great care of ya. Very knowledgeable. Owner Sean knows all the answers & treats great & appreciates your business & shows it. Much better then being pumped in & out by the bigger change pools stores trying to sell you stuff you don't need. Water works just wants to solve your problem not sell ya a bunch of unneeded products.

I can’t put into words the level of customer service this store has provided. We were first time pool buyers and they helped through every step! So many questions and they never blinked or seemed bothered by our many questions. I have not experienced this level of customer service in quite some time. Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Have not been in the store, I was calling to see if they had a filter part after going to a big name pool store, that had a two week delivery for this special order. Shawn was very helpful in ordering a part for my filter that could only be found online.he found the best price on shipping and a much quicker delivery date than Amazon and the big name store! I will definitely be a returning customer for my pool supplies!

Sean and his team are very knowledgeable and willing to share it with the customers. I have used them for opening and closing for years now with no issues I have purchased a safety winter cover along with installation of the new safety winter cover and was very pleased with cost and installation. My only regret is not having them install the pool originally.

Sean was so helpful explaining how easy it has become to care for a hot tub ! The frog system is great no guessing on the chlorine, just change the cartridge every 3 or 4 weeks as needed no fuss and no mess with chemicals! This is my second hot tub and it is so easy to maintain! I tell anybody thinking about a hot tub to go to Water works !

We decided to purchase a new hot tub and from the moment we spoke with Sean we felt very comfortable and not pressured at all. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was very personable. We just received our hot tub a couple of days ago and we're most pleased with the delivery and setup. Sean and his co-worker were very professional and explained everything regarding water chemistry and how the tub works. Thanks guys, we love our new Artesian Spa!
