Mr. Volzone gave us an excellent price on a new hayward pump & could install next day. This man talks a good talk but does not do or finnish the job. After we handed him the ck. As he does not take credit cards I stopped him & told him there was a leake & wires still not connected. Said he would come back & fix? We still have not seen or heard from him, so we had someone fix what he did not.
The pump was set up on 5/16/2013. This is june 2nd. When he told my husband to call Hayward & they would walk us through the rest of the job. This guy is a big phony as far as I am concerned so People be very aware !!!! This has taught us a lesson1.

This man constructed my pool in the early 80's. I recently bought the house with that pool. I was fortunate enough to find Mr. Volzone hoping that the original architect of the pool could redo it. As it turns out, after a verbal agreement and a handshake, I have heard from the man. The last communication to me was that I should contract someone else.
This response came from nowhere. He never returns calls, is forgetful and does lousy work. I would seriously consider contacting someone else before hiring Mr. Volzone. I had interviewed four other pool contractors when I decided to go with Mr. Volzone. His price and good attitude were convincing. I now believe Mr. Volzone was merely chasing away the competition by severely undercutting their price quote. Remember, if it's too good to be true, it is!!!!
