Bought my pool from this Viscount when my triplets were two years old. They turn 19 in a month and my pool is still often mistaken by people as "new". Jeff did a great job then and he has continued to be a great resource, as well as the staff overall. I've read some of these less than great reviews and I feel I could have responded to them myself.
I've been in this store when they were slammed with customers. I've seen them moving fast to accommodate everyone. The phones ring constantly during the rush days and, if I were working there, I'd have a hard time juggling the phones and in-store customers. In the 17 years I have been coming here, I have never been disappointed. Pool water is a constant maintenance program that nobody can predict with 100% accuracy.
Each summer brings new challenges in the amount of rain, sun, pollen, cottonwoods, phosphates, debris from storms. It all wants to destroy your balance and you need to trust the professionals. I am contemplating taking my pool down and, among the things I'll miss is browsing the store and enjoying the verbal banter between the staff and myself. Nobody gets it perfect every time. We're all human. Still, If I did it again, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great business. Great staff. Thank you.

My husband and I purchased our beautiful Nordic spa from Jeff at the Clinton twp Viscount location. It was delivered today by his wonderful crew. We will never shop at any other pool place and have purchased all our pool supplies in the past from them as well. They are all very knowledgeable and have always treated us like family. We love our new spa and can't wait to use it! We have also purchased our pool table from them as well and Mark and the crew were amazing when setting that up for us as well.

Customer service, product, and knowledge. These guys are the BEST in EVERY category. Before I bought my pool, I was a little nervous about keeping up with the maintenance, chemicals and everything else. Jeff, Mark, and their team were so helpful in helping me make my family's dream of a backyard pool come true!. They even have a water testing department that takes the guess work and doubt out of the picture. Why would I drive past 2 pool stores to get my supplies and help from them? ONE REASON.They are the BEST!

These dudes in this store are the best. Jeff, Mark and the staff have gone above and beyond to help my backyard get where it is now. From the second I walked in the store I knew that they were the people for me. They have delivered product, assembled, came back to help move furniture and a grill, made sure to call or text me when my products arrived, They have saved me salt when they knew they were going to run out.
I had problems with my pump at they put me on the phone with an installer and even sent out a Hayward rep at no charge to help me through the issue. I get excited when I know I have to go to pool store because its always an enjoyable experience with them guys. I built this pool and backyard with the help of friends and family, none of us with any experience and they were happy to get on the phone to help me every week for 8 weeks. Couldn't be happier with the service and am a proud lifetime customer.

Viscount is great! Not just a pool and spa store, you can purchase dart and dart boards, POOL TABLES, Name brand cues and supplies, shuffleboards, and during winter months they sell air hockey, foosball, and dome hockey! PLUS they are open year round, 7 days a week. Great place for summer fun and Christmas shopping!
