Great place to buy a hot tub. Cory was exceptional to work with.very responsive to calls, texts and answering all my questions. Even came out on a Saturday morning to get hot tub started and back later in day to check on it. Above and beyond the call of duty. Great customer service! I used these guys for hot tub supplies and one hot tub repair. They came out and timely fixed my issue. The hot tub supplies were always in stock and they were willing to explain to me how to maintain the hot tub and use the supplies (this was my first hot tub). A solid experience all around. But most impressed with the service. They were patient and explained how to properly use their products and what I needed and/or didn't need.

Very knowledgeable staff and will listen to your needs. Willing to help at whatever level of assistance you need. The best in the area. Have referred several friends who have had them build the pools and all are very satisfied.

We began meeting with Cory last fall to design our backyard and pool. Kelly and his team showed up this April and we have been more than impressed! They put in long days, most of the time rain or shine, and truly created a masterpiece. They were clean, detail oriented, and especially courteous! They checked out each day, never leaving us wondering when they would be back. Cory, Kelly, and John, in particular. have been super responsive and wonderful to work with. Two thumbs up for Valley Pools!

I bought a Marquis hot tub from Valley Pool & Hot Tubs about 6 months ago. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. All the people I dealt with were very friendly and professional. Mike was especially accommodating and went above and beyond to help me. Their pricing is straightforward and upfront. I went to a couple other hot tub stores and it was a horrible used-car-salesman type of experience.

Valley Pool & Hot Tubs will give you honest information without all the sales hype. I also highly recommend the Marquis spas. There is a BIG difference between the lines. Definitely go with the highest line you can afford. The difference in the jet strength is huge. My Resort spa is hands-down the best spa I have ever been in and is super easy to maintain. Customer service is what this company lacks. On two different occasions the technician didn't show up during an appointment scheduled time. There was no follow up why they are running late or to have the appointment rescheduled. The customer is expected to hang in there and the company will show up at their convenience, why schedule an appointment in the first place?

Communication is key. An apology followed only after I canceled all the services. That's why it's a 1 from me. Wish I read other bad reviews on Facebook first before dealing with valley pools.

These guys know what they are doing. They are knowledgeable and always inform me of all of my options and new ideas for our pool. Josh, Beau, Cory, Mike and Richelle are the best to work with!

The guys came out and opened my pool. They answered all my questions and gave me help learning how to take care of my pool. Very well explained. I'm new to having a pool so the help was much appreciated. Makes me want to keep them coming back in the future. Great customer service.
